Not following the connection between litter picking and us getting a new stand? I’d volunteer to spend a few Sundays helping build a new stand but it would inevitably end up on the wonk like most of the DIY I do. That might be the answer to the non matchday revenue stream puzzle - a tourist attraction known as the leaning tower of Horfield?

If we all bring our old lego along we should be able to pop something up.

Wtf are us fans supposed to do other than support the club...which we do, we turn up every week, year after year, some of the better attendances for league 1 and 2, yet nothing about the club changes. Already seen a few on here no longer feel the love they once had for club to attend games.
It will soon be too late, we have a really aging fan base that have given up waiting, younger football fans and people who move to Bristol will watch the sh!t - who are quietly sneaking up the Championship again.
It goes beyond the competition with the sh!t locally, Wrexham and Stockport are 2 side that are passing us on their way up. Just look at all sides around us in the league; Huddersfield, Bolton, Reading, Posh, Charlton. We given ourselves not a chance of competing in this league, no surprise we are 16th.
The club need to act soon or the owners should sell up.

Why don’t we just burn the mem down and claim it on insurance?

Why don’t we just burn the mem down and claim it on insurance? Reminds me of the old "How do you double the price of your Skoda?" Gag. Remember, we don't insure players. I'd hate to think the kind of insurance we do have.

Do you think we as fans , have done enough to help us get a football ground? We have a ground, even after building the new South stand which gives a very good view of the pitch, supporters still stand on the open terrace, so do we need a new stadium at this level . A new grand stand on the East side of the ground which the club are proposing would be good and set us up if we ever get back into the second tier. But even just a new East stand with corporate rooms a new shop and perhaps a gym would give us a better stadium than half the clubs in this division and set up for a real promotion push. There are a lot of supporters that are happy with us staying at the Mem, it just needs a major upgrade which the owners plan to do. Perhaps if we got into the championship and then looked like staying there that would be the time for a new stadium .

Didn't fans wear orange T shirts in support of the Sainsbury's deal for one match? Yeah Higgsy was handing them out at the services on the way to the Macclesfield away game. He was also adamant that we’d win the court case against them and they’d have to pay up… Yeah I met him in a hospitality box around that time when a friend of ours was sponsoring the away shirt and he was so cock sure of himself that he’d win the court case it was a painful listen. I didn’t like him at all from our conversation and found him very arrogant.

Why don’t we just burn the mem down and claim it on insurance? Sh1!heads normally do that for us. Where’s an 82er when you need one ? Oh yeah I forgot , they won yesterday so he’ll be in bed with his sister.

Brfc is seen as a cash cow.so any negotiation involving brfc and other businesses is in favour of others.they know we desperately need football ground. We need to pay up high to get any deal done. So this route is not working. Fans owning the plot or plot and football ground is the only option.

That might be the answer to the non matchday revenue stream puzzle - a tourist attraction known as the leaning tower of Horfield? For a tourist attraction I would like to suggest the following. The minimum height for a corner flag if 4 foot. There is no maximum so we could have flags two miles high which would bring in fans from all over. They would need a red light on to comply with Aerospace regs and could be stored on non match days underneath Southend Pier.

You can't be part of the community,if don't go out there and show up. We are not just loud voices on the terrace,we are the community. Make new friends new Gasheads. We need new young supporters. If we show that we are not just to take,we can give. We can talk to local authorities and find out how they can help as with get new ground. As to help, not demanding. Get them involved.

If we all bring our old lego along we should be able to pop something up. After standing barefooted on what I call a 4x2 brick I try to avoid lego. They make the most tyres in the world. That's one to chuck into your local pub quiz.
