G1981 was the little quiet chap stood at the back with his mates to support him, it's total b0ll0cks to say Abdullatif fell apart under questioning, from memory all he said was his father was in charge of the financial decisions. As far as Hunt how many games has he missed already since he returned from his last injury, he must be the biggest sick note we've had since Dom Blizzard. Last season the same posters were criticising JB for signing Hunt! Just goes to show how much you mis-remember. I arrived on my own and stood next to one person I knew and have known for years who just so happened to be as late as I was and it was standing room only in the corner. I held the mic for around 5 mins and he never mentioned once his father's finances. Afterwards I had a chat with Vaughan who is on here who came and introduced himself and John Malickyj as well as saying a quick hello to Mancgas who sits adjacent to me in box 7. So you stood at the back with a mate, which is basically what I suggested? There's plenty on here who attended the Q&A, let's see if any agree with your own views.

Wael was funding the club , paying wages , covering debts before the official announcement of his family's takeover from Higgs & co . Never been in public domain. Without this , we were extremely close to administration & possible oblivion . Think Wael deserves recognition (especially with debts consolidated & covered). Sincerely hope he stays put .

So 1. pretty sure Joey told him to stick it when the son stuck his nose into footballing matter's
2. I agree
3. Used money that we got from players exiting money. None of there money spent.
4. Planning basically took it's course and no one cleared anything up
5. Bought a big screen without checking if the structure was strong enough to hold it which it isn't
6 held a q&a and didn't answer anything fully
7. Didn't want the fruit market to go ahead cos they could see a way of using the mem and training ground to squeeze more money out of the club
Hope I'm wrong but really don't think so, they need to come out with something positive not just plans that are cheap, actually build something

Why wouldn't the UWE want to do business with us when the land still remains undeveloped, I sense you've been convinced by Wael is side of the story is the only to accept. What part of my last 3 posts hasn't worked its way through to your grey matter yet? This isn't Wael's side or anyone's side you nugget. A few years ago, some may remember the evening with Ian Holloway that Ian Holtby arranged. That evening on our table I had one of the UWE board, invited by Ed. When talking about what was going on at the time he said "if we never have to deal with an Al Qadi again it'll be too soon" Go and argue with your front door, it will understand more.

I remember a guy at the back with blonde hair. He kept asking about the funding and the response was along the lines of bank loan with very good interest rates. When pushed about the mix between lending and selling of the quarters, it wasn't really answered very well. As for the Man Utd and Man City comments, I think I was the only one who understood what they were trying to say.

Anything interesting in here or just bickering? Seems to be mainly about UWE and who to blame. Anyway, these Dutch and Swedish guys. The food in those countries is, with the greatest of respect, sh!te, so when they take over, build us a new stadium and fill the concourses with food outlets I hope it's not all pickled herring, mashed potato and cabbage.

He was also barking on about when Man C had just got to the prem and they had half the fans they did today and they rallied together and moved the club forward and became as popular as Utd. Nothing about having the Qatari investment fund throwing multiple millions at it at all.. There was something about a document that he had but didn't bring with him (or probably didn't exist) too. Still don't see what that has to do with little old Rovers but there we are.

Your points
1) Joey told them to stick it as wanted him to allow Abdul to be involved
2) didn’t want Matt Taylor, they went for Gary monks. Taylor was brought in with other input
3) most of players they have bought have used money from Collins and Evans transfer or other investors money as they haven’t got any!!
Collins was promised a contract and they went back on it and made him leave. Just ask him next time we play bolton, Evans didn’t wanna stay and play under them
4) they didn’t sort south stand- wael did!! A grant from the fa and then rest was paid by him just ask any of the contracters who hate them
5) f**ked up the tv by not checking size and weight- admitted at the agm last Thursday
6) wael did few agm meetings and always happy too do more
They are trying to push wael out the club.
Speak to agents and they will tell u they are awful to deal with, ask the head scout of Yeovil how poor it was to deal with them over the kofi deal.
Interviewing managers behind Taylor’s back- ask agents again. If u get the right one!!
They want hunt out, didn’t want Sinclair and Martin to stay!
Don’t want to sign anyone of experience as no sell on profit
Won’t speak to the consortium as claim haven’t got experience etc
So much else
Players pay for their own coffee, tea etc as they won’t pay for it.
The list goes on!!
Don’t believe me speak to football agents and ask them. It’s easy enough, speak to ex employee who will tell u(well the ones not on an NDA)
It’s all gonna come out in Jan/feb!!!

Still don't see what that has to do with little old Rovers but there we are. It was in direct response to the observation the the dark side was attracting the youth fans. The Manchester observation was that Man City were in a place where the young fans were following man utd as they were successful and Man City were doing their lower league tour. Now that Man City have success, they are not only attracting the youth of Manchester but also the youth of Bristol. So, if we can get to a point of being more successful than the sh'eds then the youth will return in numbers.
