A little clue in the background. Welcome to the House of Orange🇱🇺 [br It's funny how everyone seems to know about a potential takeover, yet a new kit came out of the blue. I'm sure it's will say they knew about it already🤣

Pretty sure that’s Mola, doubt it’ll be a new signing. Red on a rovers kit though? If it’s a red badge it can do one. yeah agree, it is Mola isnt it? Must be a 3rd kit. Gonna be hilarious when Roadie tells us the son insisted on a red kit Just realised Waels insta post today about "only time to wear red" now makes sense! Bout time. Our daft obsession in avoiding red has cost the club a lot in lost revenue.

I like it.
Will be quite happy to buy it for £26 quid with a £26 donation (amounting to 50p per week, to the academy).
I know it doesn't work out like that but it's how I justify it in my own mind.

They can shove it. You don’t need to bring a third kit out now for a few months, yet another scandalous decision. To the idiots running the club, what team clashes with either a blue and white or green shirt? Don't buy it then. But if people like it and buy it, then it's a good decision. People moan we are losing money, but when we do anything different people moan. I wouldn’t buy it, I stopped buying kits at fourteen. Perhaps a cracking decision with kits would be to get the new ones out before the Summer, not the week before the Season kicks off.

Dont often buy a shirt, but tempted by the details on this one. The bristol vibrancy/carnival theme is cracking. I think it's probably been thought up to counter the bad press the club got after Forde was racially abused. Looks pretty smart. Like others have said, you don't have to buy it but if some people get one for Xmas and it makes the club a few quid why not?

Quality kit, tempted by that. Strange to add a 3rd kit this late into the season though. How will they decide which away to use? Will it only be around for the rest of this season?

This has been in the pipeline for a long time. Was first told about it around 4/5 months ago. Nice design but the sponsor is too big and ruins it.

Jeez. There are really some whiny barstewards on here. On the one hand saying we have no commercial acumen, then in the next breath complaining that the club is being cynical in bringing this out in the run up to Xmas.
You don't have to buy the shirt if you don't want to.
But I REALLY like it - especially as it solves some Christmas present headaches.

Agree the kit looks good. We changed about the same time in the Conference season and it coincided with a real improvement in our away form.

Sorry to disagree Somerset, but I can't see anything wrong with this. We have another kit which people can buy if they want to or not, which in turn generates a little off pitch income. The target market would be kids, something that is dwindling at games. Realistically how many extra kits will they sell? 4-500, £10K tops if there’s £20 profit in the shirt, perhaps come up with some marketing ideas to get fans at the ground earlier and more of them, also engaged. I’ll wager they will be on sale at the end of the season for £20 eating away at the profit of the ones they sell. It's all free (well free-ish) marketing. The first thing I did was look at the online shop. If a thousand people do that and then 5% buy something (the new kit or something else) that's 50 transactions we might not have had. If it drives 500 people into the club shop to have a look I would guess they are even more likely to buy something - so that's maybe another 50 extra transactions. Good marketing is not all about selling the new product....

Nice enough, but like all shirts, ruined by the sponsors name.

Any particular reason why we need a 3rd kit? We've had 3 kits several times in the past. I'm not sure about this black one as it's not like the Man U situation where its going to help us in dark evenings or winter away days like a nice yellow or orange number would. No issue with a 3rd kit, but other than milking fans I'm not sure where this one fits in.
