Having looked at the remaining fixtures it could be argued that Macclesfield have the easiest run in of the teams at the top of the table. All their home games except the one against us you could say is three points in the bag.
So the game on 28th March is without doubt pivotal as long as we don't take our eye off the ball in our own home games.
Like us they do have tough remaining away games at teams who have something to play for in Gateshead, Halifax, Forest Green and Eastleigh as well as in form Braintree.
I think we are capable of getting a result up there in front of the cameras.

I dont think their run in is easier, I would say its on par with ours. I agree though that Macclesfiled game is massive. As long as we dont loose I am confident we will finish above them.

Whilst it looks as though it could be a potential 6 pointer there's alot of football to be played before then, we've got 6 matches, 4 of them at home the table could look different by the 28th, although looking at the fixtures in April if we can still be ahead of Macclesfield after the live TV game we should finish above them, if we hold our nerve.

What ever happens it sure beats a mid table end to the season
I feel sure we will be there or there abouts and may well come down to the last game of the season
Would be ironic that we get promoted on the last day of the season and last season we got relegated on the last day

In the same way we were not in the relegation zone until that fateful last day.

Talk of 6 pointers should be dismissied .Quite simple we must do our best to take as many points as we can from the fixtures regardless of who we play. If we lose a game we just get up and continue fighting for every point .There is no point in getting excited about beating or drawing with anyone and then losing our focus away to Kiddie and Dover.
You have short memories - dont you remember Wycombe away last season which was described as a a 6 pointer? Turned out not to be!!

It did, just that we couldn't then get a result in our 1 pointer!

EVERY game we have left is a six pointer- 3 points for us and 3 points to gain from any of the teams around us losing. Take each game as it comes and if we win our game then some teams around us will lose and we will enhance our position. No one game is as important or unimportant as any other until that game comes around. In many ways tomorrows game if we win it will put us in a better position whetehr or not Barnet lose because even if Barnet win we will be three points further ahead of Grimsby AND set up a 3 point lead on Macclesfield. The same is true of Tuesday night where if we win it could be six points ahead of Macclesfield leaving them having to win two games in hand and drag Barnet to within a point thereby putting more pressure on them. Every game is a cup final. Macclesfield is only a six pointer the game we play them and will be nothing if we lose the games in between.

It's not going to be a big game at all if Barnet are 10 pts clear again by then. We have to concentrate on what is right in front of us and not look too far ahead.

Looking ahead though a lot of games to be played beforehand Nuneaton v Kiddiminster is live on BT Sport as the early kick off - interesting to see what Kiddiminster have these days as they still hold play off aspirations.
