I hate to admit this but I'm not enthused over this squad, nothing we ve signed has really made me think wow looking forward to watching........
Attacking wise we are so light, appreciate its difficult but the Luton winger Mpanzu going to Cambridge, I would have been right over that asking Locks to put a good word in.
The energy I have for the Gas is dwindling, if it wasnt for seeing my mates I'm not sure I would have renewed, hate myself for saying it, but having watched since 1974 cannot see our day in the sun!
Players laughing after defeats, out celebrating on King street shortly after relegation, some are still here ffs, hope someone comes in soon to lift my blue gloom!

Just saw Macaulay Langstaff and Devante Cole getting off a train at Parkway. Straight in a taxi to Morrisons Cribbs, presumably they’ll then jump on the m5 and go up the a38 to the training ground. 👀👀👀👀👀 |

Was on offer for £1.75. I've just eaten it. In Mozzers, I noticed there was a shortage of half-time oranges and magic sponges so TBF there's probably been a lot of footballers there today. |

If that's them celebrating then they are just as bad doing that as winning games!! There's only so many players the club can clear out in one window and hopefully the ones left will buck up their ideas or they'll be moved out in January. |

What’s this melon gonna say In fairness to him , he is an idiot but he does have some accuracy with things. I heard a whisper a while ago that Stockport were also looking at Connor could be that? No clue if that’s accurate at all though. |

It was the pre planned leaving drinks for a member of the ground staff who was leaving that week - I can’t imagine there are that many clubs where the players are grounded enough to do that? (I’m not excusing the general lack of quality and poor effort from the players over the course of the season but that night out wasn’t what people have tried to portray). |

I’m sure a lot of squads do this. It’s not a big deal for me but perception is huge at times and it was without doubt a very very daft move. Showed how poor the leadership was in the squad. I remember having a conversation with an experienced player of ours in 2016 where he told me he was “on Ellis again” as he had been out in Bristol after a dodgy run. “I’ve told him again, just go out in Cardiff mate. Nobody knows you there” I think it shows some of the issues we had in that squad last season. |
