Anybody reckon Ruel Sotiriou will be off this summer? I think Dewsbury will go out on loan to the national league south. Sotiriou will leave on a free (or nominal fee) Omichere will go out on loan to national league. Chris Martin won't return. Conteh will be sold to a league one club. Bilongo will go on loan or leave on a free transfer. Mola will be held in reserve then shipped out in January. Hutchinson will leave in January as will Thomas. |

I could see most of this happening especially if the season isnt going well. Omichere might end up in Scotland rather than the NL Not sure who will be left to play though |

Il pay for his train ticket , drive him, whatever is necessary to assist him with any move. Never taken to the bloke and would rather he wasn't around this new squad. Adds nothing and comes across as having a bad attitude. We can replace with much better. |

Anybody reckon Ruel Sotiriou will be off this summer? He’s asked to leave, has L1 interest but the clubs don’t want to pay the money we are asking for him, plus the way he goes missing after an hour in games do the blame the interested clubs.. |

Anybody reckon Ruel Sotiriou will be off this summer? fingers crossed he will be even shipping him out on loan might be beneficial for us. Get the impression he doesnt want to be here either. I find he has good confidence with absolutely nothing to back it up. If Pirate ran his stats through his computer thing he'd be crying if we were trying to sign him. Ruel regularly scored 9 or so goals for Orient in the 3 seasons before he joined us last summer, he wasn't like Jeveni Brown who just had the one good season at Exeter before he joined us. You'd have thought he'd go out all guns blazing in pre-season if he did want a move back to L1, not just carry on like he did at the end of last season. |

DC did say we had too big a squad last season and wanted to trim down. That means more out than in. Think we will be reasonably happy with the players that do come in. |

If players want to leave, you need to put yourself in the shop window, ultimately.
Ruel just proved to any onlookers that he struggles in L2, so I'd be surprised if someone at L1 paid us a fee

I know it's already been discussed in the released thread but I think Charlie McCann could be an excellent signing for us.
He ticks an awful lot of boxes.
The type of midfielder we should be looking for, still only 23, improving every year, scored 11 last season, has played in L1, L2, and NL, and has just left a local club.
I haven't seen him play that often, but whenever I have I've been very impressed.
He's also played 87 games over the past 2 seasons so has a good injury record as well.
Anyone got any views on McCann? I expect some of you have seen him play more than I have.

Last Sat's display was so poor.

I can't speak about his attitude during training etc, but a lot of times when I've watched him, he's been trying to hard and wasting energy. On a few occasions last season, he sprinted past some of our own players to chase back, who were jogging. I think he'd had enough by the end of the season, but the same can be said about the majority of our side! |
