We so need a good performance this Sat to lift the gloom.Not won a league game for so long,stadium decaying and not fit for purpose,nothing from the owner,CT gone who gave his all and a general air of despondency pervails. Last Sat's display was so poor. Anyway,it can't get any worse.Can it? Blimey, good job you’re not a Morecambe fan. |

Anybody reckon Ruel Sotiriou will be off this summer? He’s asked to leave, has L1 interest but the clubs don’t want to pay the money we are asking for him, plus the way he goes missing after an hour in games do the blame the interested clubs.. If he wants to go, why is he still playing? DC says players who don’t want to be here will be gone. Don’t rate Ruel one bit. Super lazy. I’d just get him off the books, even if that meant giving him away for free. At least it’s an apparent hefty wage off the bill. I remember Richie Wellens saying we were paying him a fortunate. |

Sotiriou will leave on a free (or nominal fee) Omichere will go out on loan to national league. Chris Martin won't return. Conteh will be sold to a league one club. Bilongo will go on loan or leave on a free transfer. Mola will be held in reserve then shipped out in January. Hutchinson will leave in January as will Thomas. Not a chance half of this happens, Sotirou might leave but no way it’ll be in a free Anyone who knows football will know we wouldn’t be letting a player we spent half a million on leave for free a year later, what you want and what’s reality is 2 different things |

I just think he’ll be hard to shift on unless when cut our losses and let him go. I think 800k would be fair for CT. Whereas I wouldn’t pay a penny for Ruel. Game of opinion, and I get what your saying Topper. |

On these predictions, I'll add mine...
I think Dewsbury will go out on loan to the national league south. - Possibly but talk is he is our 5th striker and we like to give young uns games cos it ups their value
Sotiriou will leave on a free (or nominal fee) - IF he goes, imagine it will be £100k or the like. Still young, long contract. Hope he knuckles down, but woudnt be suprised if he wants out.
Omichere will go out on loan to national league - Not a chance
Chris Martin won't return - agree
Conteh will be sold to a league one club - maybe in January, think he seems happy right now
Bilongo will go on loan or leave on a free transfer - much needed cover and utility. Unless 2 or 3 come in, I think he stays
Mola will be held in reserve then shipped out in January - No real option at LCB so he will get games to prove himself
Hutchinson will leave in January as will Thomas - Still think Hutch will come good, just get him off corners (or practice them!). Thomas I dont know, wouldnt be bothered either way

Because it costs them money When a player hands in transfer request, in many cases the club has a frank conversation with the player because players in most cases are due a loyalty bonus. It’s likely we told Connor, you can go but we are not paying you a bonus, stick in a transfer request and we will sanction it. I am also guessing he had transfer release clause which Wycombe wouldn’t meet, if it was say £1 million then he’d have got his loyalty bonus. A transfer request kills the agent as well, some deals are set up so the player pays the agent (of his loyalty bonus). Mirky old world football, I think at last on the commercial transfer side we are being run properly, praise probably goes to Martin on this, Abdul and Friend showed their skills last summer 😂👍 |

I know it's already been discussed in the released thread but I think Charlie McCann could be an excellent signing for us. He ticks an awful lot of boxes. The type of midfielder we should be looking for, still only 23, improving every year, scored 11 last season, has played in L1, L2, and NL, and has just left a local club. I haven't seen him play that often, but whenever I have I've been very impressed. He's also played 87 games over the past 2 seasons so has a good injury record as well. Anyone got any views on McCann? I expect some of you have seen him play more than I have. Don't know a great deal about Charlie McCann, but as a goal-scoring midfielder he's worth a look. Good 'pedigree' at Man U and Rangers and a NI u21 international. Not sure whether he commanded a fee to go to Forest Green, but slightly surprised he 'left the club with immediate effect' |

You can see that DC rates Ollie and may want to keep him in the building if we don't get another striker on the books Sotiriou will leave on a free (or nominal fee) - c an't see him going for free. If DC can motivate him, we may get a good season out of Ruel
Omichere will go out on loan to national league - Not sure on this, but not overly impressed with Promise. Goal record in his career is only about 1 in 5 games and you can see why.Chris Martin won't return - the answers at the Q&A were more hopeful on this, particularly as it seems he is returning to training with the 1st team. With a goal record of 1 in 2.7 in a struggling L1 Rovers side, a fit CM could really notch up the goals in L2 Conteh will be sold to a league one club - Might happen now he has proven his fitness, but if so Rovers will want to at least recoup the original fee.

Out of the 21 matches during the time he was at Harrogate - In squad 18 times. Started 9 games. Came on as a sub 7 times. Unused sub 2 times. Scored 1 goal. |
