What they means is
"Bristol's (city of) Memorial Stadium will not be listed by English Heritage"
Ie this story was written for a national audience.

They haven't found the great crested Newts yet ! Dam loads of em in the corner of the ground in Box 1. I have heard tale that there is a very special hybrid species of Lizard that inhabit that same box but am awaiting my source to confirm or deny.
I am reliably told there are several nests of Bees and birds that cannot be moved. I await confirmation from said Lizards about this issue
