Good afternoon everyone.
Gateshead is the scene of your next task and it won't be easy. The clue is in the stadium - it will be an afternoon full of sodding hurdles to navigate.
We are top of the table which means we're setting the bloody pace and i don't want any fast sodding sprinter beating us to the tape. Darrell (still with your two "L"s) you are my team leader so be honest with the appraisal of Tuesdays slim victory and make your changes where necessary. The rest of you, bloody listen up and listen up good - Darrell is team leader, but i want to see eleven leaders out there all taking responsibility and no-one shirking their sodding duties. Only at 100% will we maintain our excellent progress.
At present we are the best team in the Conference and to remain so we'll need as much effort if not sodding more to stay there. Time to up the anti, time to show why we are the best. They're gonna come after us, so let's show them a clean pair of heels. Gateshead will be a stern challenge, at The Mem they played some good stuff, now comes the hard work - to be the best we need to beat the bloody rest.
Get out there and cement your position. Good luck to all and i'll see you in the boardroom tomorrow.
