I think he should be brought into the fold now - we have a couple of misfiring strikers here, and need to get the ball in the net more often! Give him a try I say and see what happens Not the right time for him to be chucked into our team unfortunately, our games are to big for a unproven kid..

I agree to a certain extent, but on the other hand, Taylor, Blissett and Harrison are not doing enough for me, not for a potential conference winning side. Could be that this kid has goals in him at this level, and these last 8 games could be the best time to try him out

He'd only make the bench, I think it'd be better for him to be at Weston playing games and scoring goals

Easter is available now so Lucas making the bench when we have 4 senior strikers to choose from is highly unlikely, then even if he made the bench he'd have to then get the nod ahead of one of them who will probably also be on the bench, I just think if he was recalled he'd struggle to get minutes and would therefor miss out on the experience and confidence he's gaining at Weston, I do agree tho that he would give 100% for the gas for any minute of playing time he was handed, but if he was recalled and brought on as sub for 20 minutes and didn't score where would that leave him?

It would leave him with a very valuable 20 minutes of first team football under his belt. I think playing for Weston is one thing, but we need to see if he can produce at a higher level at some point...we need goals now, so why not try him? Harrison and Balanta are both IMO not good enough and therefore we should think about offloading them in the near future. In the meantime, put Lucas ahead of them on the bench and bring him on if and when we need a new outlook up front

Jamie scored last night again, it was from a mistake the Bath's goal keeper made when kicking out. Jamie appeared to work well with some nice composure but I feel he needs a little more experience but could come good in the future and is progressing nicely. Dale Grubb of Weston-s-Mare should be given a trial,he is their captain and I feel he could step up nicely into our midfield and is only 22 years old.
