There is no aggression in what I say about the useless striker.I have been saying it for a long long time, and now all of a sudden people are beginning to agree with me.He is nowhere near good enough. he should be playing for the team at the top of the table, because his shots go anywhere Bar Net. Barely anyone, if anyone, is agreeing that he is useless. Stubborn or blind if you can't see the benefits in his link up play. But his finishing does merit him being dropped. Please, please DC start Dawson AND Easter next game. We will be some threat then. No good keeping our most dangerous players on the bench. ......and so say all of us, apart from the useless poster. I must admit that Barnet joke made me smile, so thats it, you're a comedian/clown ah we get it now.

I assume Blissett was injured yesterday, because he wasn't on the bench either?

Mildy had a mare from where I'm standing. Taylor should be rested or given a run as an attacking mid. Harrison as a starting player may or may not work but it's time to throw everything at the top spot, the team have enough tenacity for it not to worry them in the play-offs if they come 3rd, 4th or 5th instead of second. UTG Agreed, He plays a big part in the team but needs a few chances to bag one. Think he could be a good attacking mid.

Great goal from Ellis. Reminiscent of Gazza's goal against Scotland in '96.

At the game yesterday and thought Mildenhall is not giving his all for the team ( hope iam wrong ) but he should never have been allowed to walk back into the side after coming back from injury,as Will Puddy had performed reasonably without being spectacular-perhaps Mildy thinks he is undroppable, and hence his below par performances these past two games.

How many more times? Puddy did not perform well.He did not perform, because he didn't need to.In the games he played, he could have taken a book his pipe and slippers on to the pitch, and relaxed in an armchair. He literally had jack to do.

Thought he was poor at Eastleigh. Fumbled horribly for their first goal and distributed badly. I'd be cautious about sticking Puddy into the fray at this stage but then again he has plenty of experience. Decisions.

No one has commented on the Halifax guy who got the second was pulling I think it was McChrystal away from the ball and got away with it. It was so obvious to those of us who were there coz we were sat on that side. Mind you the ref was a joke from start to finish I agree MM was clearly fouled BUT he allowed the man to go round the back of him so easily making the man able to foul him, and then Mildy ran out late and left the goal wide open. I didn't realise at the time how late both of our goals were! I was just going mental haha!

I think Taylor will be rested on Friday, it must have been horrible for him to miss that chance then here the whole away end cheer for Easter to come on, his confidence must have taken a hit there

Superb first touch from Ellis for that goal. He looked like he got involved a lot too. My only worry is that with the exception of the cup game against the worst defence I've ever seen has he actually scored after starting a game this season? He looks so much more dangerous as a sub. Maybe with Easter could help alongside him though. That's the two I'd start with on Friday. I'd start with Balanta and Dawson on the wings too and really go for it.

Looks like we actually played some decent stuff. It was said on the match thread that Monky missed an open goal but it look to me like the defender got there first.
Again with their first I'm not sure Mildy could have done much more but I still think Puddy shouldn't have been dropped.
Brilliant goals and the pass and finish for our second could grace any league.

Have to agree with you reference their first goal. Always difficult for the keeper when the ball is headed down into the ground, so would not attribute that goal to Mildenhall. As for the second though, definately down to him for leaving home. If he had stayed there simple save, but in no mans land no chance. Not the greatest fan of Ellis, but have to say what a finely taken goal from a peach of a pass from Lines. If it was on match of the day they would be crowing about it if Costa or Rooney had scored it. Good strike by Browner as well, especially on such a rouh surface.

UTG Harrison hasn't been fairly treated by DC. He scored a few goals coming on. Was rightly started against Eastleigh and was probably our best player first half. Then yesterday put on the bench ?? However, it didn't deter him - one near miss with his left, then a lovely goal using his left onto his right, plus two very good balls for the Taylor chances. I have never seen Ellis produce that much quality play ever. Well done Ellis - you're proving me wrong and probably many others. You Deserve a run of games starting and NOT just one !
