An old Tibetan monk once said to me "How many will go, will go..."

Got to say I hate watching us on TV. I'm so much more nervous than if I'm watching the game live. Needless to say I shall be in Macc for this one.

Yes - it looks like a relatively poor turnout for such a big game. Only 600 sold!!! admittedly tv coverage and early kick off will affect the away following but still expected close to 1000 -and don't really understand the logic in Macc giving us more tickets at this late stage. Not too late - 'we're Rovers supporters were faithfull and true so lets get to Macc to support the boys in blue' GOODNIGHT IRENE!!!

No comments/responses on here today - perhaps it will just be the 600 to cheer the boys onto 3 vital points. With a Dover win against Grimsby tonight - a few more may decide to get up early and go to Macc. Hope so!!!

As Macclesfield have now relaxed the All Ticket status for their fans, perhaps they should now do the same for us Gasheads!

Lots of tickets still available from the club so get one as I don't think Macc will make it pay on the day for away fans - and pay on the day would probably not affect the following as we have known for a long time it would be all-ticket.

Sorry I'm a fair-weather supporter - actually, I hardly ever go to away games.
Does anyone know any pubs around the ground which will be screening the game because I MUST watch it live ? Don't like the beer at the club before anyone suggests there.
Cheers for any help.

Does anyone really know how many tickets have been sold - seems to have been 600 all week - surely some have been sold since Monday?

LOL. almost spat out my um bongo. i might get shot down here, but it is not slightly bizarre that 30 of 38 posts are about macc, and several of the others are about kiddie tickets. There are millions of reasons why people cannot go to every away game. People who can go will go. they are old enough and wise enough to know how to buy a tkt. i can understand enthusiasm but i guess i am just tetchy.
