I hear he has signed his new contract.
Anyone else confirm this?
Thanks QM.

Where? Would be as good as a new signing IMO - top player in the conference.

Unless he's doing a Lambert and has only signed so we get a decent fee......

The defender says he has a special connection with the club, and wants to give something back to the fans. #LeeBrown #BristolRovers
If he genuinely thinks that then he's a top man. Loyalty is often lost at pro football these days and he must have had interest from league sides. One of our better players signing on is probably better than a new signing - we wouldn't get a better left back than him in this league.

I know it's a big IF, but if we can keep last years defence, that must give us a great chance of doing well ? We have got in two proven goal getters we just need a tidy midfield, JUST eh ? I am very happy with this today.

Fantastic news - and his tweet is first class. What an attitude to have; shows just how much of a lady garden JJ was. Good on you Browner! Really chuffed with this

Great news. Browner will still be with us when we're playing in Europe in 5 years.....

Clarke's played a blinder IMO, obviously not been dragged into a wages war and I suspect we have good value for money here.

He stated on facebook that he had two better offers from two league sides but because of his affection for our club and our support he wanted to sign for us again. He also stated that for him it was not about the money but the fans!
Top Fella UTG

This is just fantastic. What a guy. Hes very talented and we all know what an asset he would be. If you start in the conference with conference players I guess youre gonna have a hard time competing. Browner is way above that and this is why I trust DC. Hes building a squad genuinely capable of smashing the rump off this whore of a league. With two signings now who could have chosen bigger clubs, hes certainly saying something right. Brown will be instrumental. Brilliant news.

Mainly because he was part of the side that got us relegated. I have little knowledge of Conf left backs. His set piece delivery made ver few GS opportunities compared with how many he took. I like him but refuse to get carried away with any of them tbh. Let's see how our professional players deal with some of the rawness before blowing smoke imo.
