Why? He is still crap. Scoring a simple header today will not change my opinion. We should thank our lucky stars that Chester had a player of similar ability in their team today. your like dog with a bone No, he's just a dog!

No. You give you love-in for the useless striker a rest. Lmao. It's so funny how much you hate it when he scores. 5-1 and you're still on the rampage. Belter. I love it when he scores. He just doesnt do it as often as he should. No arguments there

Can't understand the Taylor bashing. His touch and link play is very, very good and he is a real handful with his pace and strength. Should he score more goals? Probably. But what he brings to the team earns him a place every week. Technically one of our finest.

Taylor was superb today. Took His goal well and set up Monkhouse second with a great touch, involved in everything got stuck in chasing stuff down too, a real all round performance top , top player at this level.

What a good afternoon that was. Ellis's finish was superb. Big crowd. No pressure with a start like that. Fabulous. Thought Leadbitter was excellent, both at full back and then further forward when he looked a major threat. With his magic orange boots. What a star Tom Lockyer is as well. Put him where you like and he does the job. UTG!

Headers don't count as well as pens now. i thought they counted double, along with volleys... Q. If they did, how many would Taylor be on now? A. One less than the total Tbone would be happy with....

Taylors movement off the ball today caused havoc for Chester. When he is on song like that he is such a handful.Well done to Mansell as well,he was everywhere today and has been a big miss in the last couple of games.

But what he brings to the team earns him a place every week. Technically one of our finest. He's on 15 goals now, is that not a reasonable return for a striker in his first season with a new club? Especially as everyone is always mentioning how much else he contributes. Am I just a hopeless tinter? Surely with his goals and all around performance he's a big part of where we are now? Hard knock life for these players with some of our fans.

Remember when Chris Lines played a superb first-time, back-spinning chip over the top to MT, who took it on, beat his man at the bye-line and put it right to Lines in the goalmouth. Shame Lines missed it! But they both showed real class there.

We've got so much more technique in the side this year than previous seasons.

That little extra bit of class in this league of mediocrity is the difference between winners and losers.DC doing well despite a few blips like Jamie White and a couple of loanees like Martin,Spiess and the Dagenham guy.Well done to-day everyone.Keep it going Monday and hope Ellis starts. Will be down for the Southport match.Roll on.
