Wow. What a second half display. There isn't another player in this division capable of putting in a cross as good as Lines did for Ellis' first goal. Speaking of Ellis, what a mature, honest performance from him. Blissett was a nuisance all day and seemed very fired up to show what he can do. He is a very brave guy too, putting his head in where others wouldn't put a foot! Brown as composed as ever. Mansell was like a general in midfield and the rest were quality too! Fans were immense, especially second half. Deafening at times! But who brought the bloody flare in!?

DC appealed to Supporters to help relieve the tension during the remaining games by keeping the singing going. He believes it really does work for the Players.

Anyone else at the game notice Ellis' celebration after his first goal?
As the rest if the team walked back to the halfway line, he crouched as if sitting at a desk and mimed typing at a computer.
Message for the keyboard warriors?

Just got home from me, that was immense. Sets us up lovely for the last 3. Terrible pitch but we ripped it up second half, quite literally. Thought Ellis in particular was outstandingly, fighting for everything. Good work gas

Barnet will slip up at some point.....won't they? Think of it this way... When Barnet last played Halifax, they were one point ahead of us in 2nd. Since then, they've played Welling, Alfreton, Nuneaton and Dartford. They're still one point ahead. In the last three of those games, they've scored three goals. They're playing better opposition for the last three games, and won't get away with performances like the last three. Halifax still vying for the play-offs, and who knows Gateshead might be if they can win the next two. Maybe it's a bit optimistic, but I think they'll drop points. Maybe not against Kidderminster if their defence plays like it did today, but Halifax especially is not an easy one. We've just got to win the last three, and see what happens. If we do that and we're not in 1st place on the 25th of April, I say fair play to Barnet. But even so, it would leave us in the best possible position going into the play-offs - worst case scenario that.

Barnet will slip up at some point.....won't they? Next week could be crunch time as Halifax still have an outside chance of making the Play Offs, if they fail to win that one will that give then us the extra boost to beat Dover? If they do beat Halifax then surely they'll beat Kiddy on today's showing?
