Why does he have to keep making changes game after game, hasnt he learnt from last seasons debacle when it was 2 or 3 changes every game for the last 8.Hasnt he read the adage DONT CHANGE A WINNING TEAM Pretty sure you wouldn't be writing that crap if we had held on for the win

Good grief, what's the matter with some of you?
One game to play and anything could happen.
We go again next week

Anyone know why Dawson was not included today? Was dropped, he was eligible to play as well. Really don't understand why!!!! Because he has been crap for the last couple of games

It's not meant to make anybody feel better, which of course you knew already. It's suggesting that you don't want to enter the final 5 minutes of a vital game holding only a 1-0 lead. If we got going from the 1st minute instead of the 45th then we would have less to do. So what you are saying is if we had a two goal lead then we would not have lost the game if we conceded one in the last minutes. Well blow me down. Yep

I can't remember the last time I felt this gutted. I might go as far as to say I feel worse than when we were relegated last season as I saw that coming a MILE off. With 2 minutes to go I honestly thought we were going to do it. The players will be utterly devastated. Barnet will feel like they've won the lottery. Gateshead are getting spanked every week, Alfreton are still fighting for their lives. I'd make Barnet 1/50 to win the title now. What's worse, is that I'm not sure we'll pickup ourselves up from this; I cannot see us winning the playoffs now if I'm honest and I'm not even convinced we'd overcome the semi-final. What are we picking ourselves up from? We've been behind near enough all season so why is it any different now? Still a chance for automatic and if not then playoffs it is! UTG

I am feeling really low because I just watched an awful performance of long ball rubbish,we get in front, then the manager takes off our only real threat in Ellis, and that wasn't much, and leaves on an ineffective Blisset and Taylor who did nothing. Dover were no threat until we conceded midfield and sat back, even their centreback went upfront. We were trying to win the league and be the best non league team in England, and we play like that

The Long ball rubbish was caused by a team who play nothing but long ball rubbish and it made it a very difficult game to get any control of especially with the wind and the hard pitch. Dover played Grimsby off the park with this style of play and yet lost 1-0. Today we limited Dover to very little in the way of opportunities and with better crossing from us we could have been out of sight. I agree with the poor decision to take Ellis off but disagree that Blissett was ineffective and he did set up Ellis's goal from the only decent cross he received. We have come unstuck due to sitting back too much but mainly due to an error. I do fear that DC tinkers too much with the team and that is what causes a lot of our problems with drawing too many games. It seems to me he feels obliged that he has to change something so he can say he did this or he did that. Anyway it's not over until the Fat Lady sings and we are no worse off than we were before today. In fact we are slightly better off as Barnet had a very easy game on paper and ours was quite difficult.

I thought Blisset didn't win hardly any headers and it was Monkhouse who headed back across goal for Ellis to score. We could have played more controlled football on that pitch,we tried it against long ball Dartford on a awful pitch when I thought we should of lumped it more. Your right it ain't over but we were poor today

Are you sure Meadgas? I am pretty sure you will find it was Blissett who had the header that set up Ellis's goal and Blissett was not employed as a central striker for a lot of the game but deployed on the wing which seemed strange but there again Mr Tinkler is well known for not leaving things alone and it is costing us points.

It's not over yet, the fat lady has the song sheet but she also has a bucket of KFC to get through. There is hope, it might be faint but it's better than no hope. What I am interested to see is who and how many of our players can step up and perform in a pressure game. It will be a good measure of our chances if it is to be the "Playoffs" After last seasons agony, there can't be a single gashead on the planet who would not take next weeks scenario. Come ooooooooooooooon you blue b@stards. Get it done.

Mildenhall should be recalled in the hope that he should be the least likely to make mistakes due to his vast experience. Puddy has had very little to do in recent games but has made a glaring error against Chester which did not prove costly and again today which proved very costly. Time for Mildenhall to get a game under his belt before the possibility of the playoffs. My hunch is that he will be more likely to step up to the plate than Puddy. It has been disappointing that Leadbitter has been left to stagnate on the bench after being our most improved Player (with pace). Time to start him and hope he has not gone off the boil. Are you suggesting Mildenhall didn't let on through his legs at home to Eastleigh and he didn't punch one in against Dartford? ( I could go on)

My eyes aint the best, but I am sure it was Monkhouse and my son who was with me said it was aswell, but now you got me doubting myself. Mr Tinkler very apt today I feel. Did you think Ellis should of come off,for me I would of took off Taylor and brought on Leadbitter and played him in front of Lockyer

I have the feeling that Ellis may have been injured as he was holding his hamstring just before he went off but otherwise IMO it was Taylor who should have come off and would have personally had Dawson on the bench to bring on or even the speed merchant Baggie. Balanta is not a right winger and has not had one good game in that position there again was shocked that Blissett started off as a winger!! Really am worried that DC is going to ruin all the good work with needless tamperings with the players. I really think that he feels he has to tamper with things to prove he does something. trouble is I am still not convinced that he knows what his best team is. Only time will tell.

( I could go on) It's a difficult one as both keepers have made mistakes but I would go with Mildenhall due to his vast experience. His spell on the bench and the fact that he was in the relegated team might mean that he has more reason to up his game to the level we know he can achieve.

Once again a rovers team go missing in a important game This was our one chance to win the tittle and avoid the lottery of the play offs and it get blown clean out the water The Mansfield result was hard to take but this one is on the same level for me ... Gutted

the problem here is that for 88 mins the 'football gods' were on our side. we had an awesome party atmosphere, it was all in our hands, not a single gashead would have dreamed up a better senario....
and before you know it you're heading up the m20 re-living in your mind that equalizer for the umpteenth time, philosophising about how one measely single crap goal could potentially have such a massive impact on our football clubs season, and indeed future....
i for one am very gutted
but we go again, anything could happen
