you know what, I had a thought the other day.
if, as rumoured, he was on a fair old whack here (remember that he left a Lge 1 contract to come here...), then I wonder what the possibility is that he may have to even take a pay cut in order to find a new club.
in a strange way he would go up in my estimation as he left a decent (safe) contract here and is technically unemployed.

Don't care where he goes really,but will be interesting to see how many goals he gets this season. in a team who has a striker he won;t get so many. and in a team who requires him to make assists he'll get even less. This isn't a criticism of him per se, but it's just common sense that he didn't have any decent people ahead of him to pass to, so he took more chances himself. |

One thing is for sure. He won't make his mind up quickly. He has shown his mercenary side.
