Sorry TEARS.
So how you all going to recover if we get beat? Nobody has mentioned it, typically, so confidence is high. However a one off game presents a danger for one of us or Grimsby naturally.
I think il book a holiday to look forward to.

The missus suggested booking a hotel for after the game but I said if we lose the last thing I want to be doing is hanging around London.

I intend blaming the Board and spending the summer calling for DC to be sacked before proclaiming that I'll never watch another game as long as Watola is in charge of finances.
Oh, and I'll probably run on the pitch pre-season at whatever team that bastard Sinclair is playing for just to let him know that he can't get away with putting in so little effort.

Would be gutted and would make for a horrible journey home but would also have complete confidence that Clarke would get us promoted automatically next season as a whole rebuilding job wouldn't be required.

Depending on who we can retain. Well we'll certainly lose 25,000 fans on the journey home whatever the result

Bit disappointed you didn't have punching a horse in there too.

I think it's also important whilst wallowing in self pity....not to influence the younger generation with our sadness. For example, I am taking 2 of my children and they think Rovers are great! If it happens, I need to remember to keep a sense of reality on the situation so as not to turn them off the GAS. That goes for floaters and youngsters in proximity too, on the train, in the street etc etc. Need to be grown up about it.
Hopefully it doesn't come to that!

Sit on here all summer moaning about how no one tried hard enough and that we should sack the board.

At least we don't have to actually lose, for an opportunity to attack the naysayers. We can do it in this thread.

I used my air miles to upgrade my flight back on the Monday to business class which will also be the first time I've done proper business class so I am lookin forward to that. This in turn could help to ease the pain of defeat. Win or loose I could easily spend the entire flight at the on board bar!
