Hi I am at home. Not there. Didn't buy a ticket due to a big nasty flare-up of my long term neuro condition. Will be streaming the match somehow. Sorry to hear that. Hope you're feeling well and enjoy the game. Bit better today but probably would not be up for a coach or train journey. Hopefully will feel much much better at about ten to four. UP THE GAS |

I am so so sorry that I am unable to attend the biggest match in years. Family commitments have made it difficult. Anyway for what it's worth we were just short of ground breaking finishing second through the season.
Onto today's game. Some would be disappointed if I didn't put forward a view. I've held back until 1.30 and I can't hold back any longer. So what would the four targets be today?
Security goal - lose by an odd goal. Disappointing but nevertheless a great season. The club in good hands.
Realistic goal - win by one goal. Tight match - Rovers take it.
Stretching goal - win by two goals. We've done that before at Wembley and it's certainly possible.
Ground-breaking - win by 3 clear goals. With our strikers and our defence we could do this. If we do it will be remarkable, unexpected, pioneering and ground breaking. Great finish to the season.
In the last three years The bus has had many challenges and some of the passengers have had a rough ride. Some were burnt badly last season. Surely, we need a break with no crashes just a smooth win that we can all celebrate and remember.
So I'm in for the ground-breaking goal and will say nothing until the end of Match. Enjoy!

If you cut ollie in 1/2 he'd be blue n white quartered, i remember a game he commented on for us a while back, every word was almost my club or our club

If we lose today it will a failure today. However, over the whole season. Thousands would have taken the position we are in. Certainly not me and definitely not you. Today is about winning and losing. Either way we have our club back and that is so important. Nine minutes to go and I'm with you! Expecting a win and winning well. |
