Could we get more bad press for BRFC if we tried harder

The BODs refusal to talk to fans is creating a void.

They are making more bad press themselves than any pressure group could ever dream of!p

I went to one of those once, I have to say I was not expecting chickens.

I don't think anyone could cause more problems than the board are now with their paranoia and lack of any real updates. What they have done is to encourage speculation where they could have nipped certain stories in the bud. For example, the allegations about certain players could have been flatly denied but were not and then the outright lies that they had no idea of any misbehaviour, if it weren't so serious then it would be laughable.
Our PR or lack of it, has been appalling. The attempt to project that failure into the forum is just a real joke. Mods were deleting and merging thread with great ease but they felt they needed to blame others for their own shortcomings.
I mean, they must take us for complete fools when one week we are told Norburn was ready for 1st team and then he is gone. He still has no club BTW. There are many other such own goals but I see the club are still seemingly incapable of being truthful with it's lifeblood.
We take this pretty well I think but the chairman felt he HAD to rub salt Into an already festering wound by telling us there would be no Rovers without them. We already are acutely aware if this but they need to realise that WE have put in between 32-38 million in the time they have badly used up just under 7 million.
No, we could not have caused any further damage than that already done. The club are very lucky that most are very forgiving and will still turn up in numbers.
We are treated appallingly badly. It would do no harm at all for some clarity and dialogue. I just don't see our current board as the ones prepared to do that

The bad press for me stems from the way fans feel about the silence & minimal statements from Nick Higgs & Co.
The BoD are not helping themselves in any way whatsoever.....

I am not a board basher either but something is not right in the corridors of power!!!
