Gotta say I thought that DC after his interview stopped on his way back to the players, and 20pence said what you looking at Daryl? And he replied just looking to see how that MOB down the road got on. 20pence then joked about what he said and said something about getting comments in from the dark side about it. A bit later a sh*thead named Tony Wilks (I know him) said how unprofessional it was of him to say it. That completed a very pleasant day for me. Onwards to Luton. On the game today, totally dominated it, and the only player not doing himself justice was TBones mate. Sensibly DC finally took him off.gotta say, I'm not at all convinced by him myself, but we live in hope. Glad Mildy is on the way. He simply isn't good enough, and get Blisset out on loan. If we can sign a good keeper and a partner for EH, we can really go well this season. Agree about Mildy. 3rd choice Chesterfield keeper plays his first game for us and looks and improvement. That shows how overrated Mildy is. |

We would have scored a second had the ref not blown, as another Sammy Igoe was about to happen. Thought their keeper was great would think about going in for him as they are skinter than us.
A massive difference when Easter replaced Taylor, think that I would rather Taylor go out on loan and get Blissett and Lucas chomping at the bit to get on.
we have Manse still to come back but things are looking good, James Clarke has been a great buy.

Great performance today that completely trumped my prediction a while ago about how we would play against Yeovil. Although they are low on numbers and confidence we still had to beat them and we might have failed to do that on another day.
We dominated all areas of the pitch,bossed possession and created plenty of openings.
Their keeper kept the score down and was the clear MoM for them.
Tom Lockyer was class, SS was tigerish in the middle as was Ollie.
Easter showed he is a class above when he came on and our new keeper had a flawless debut with a brilliant low save in the second half. Looked to roll out at every opportunity.
Our crowd was quiet but the wall of noise at and after the goal was impressive.
Yeovil fans all around me were commenting on our skill on the ball, our hunger and were very impressed with Leadbitter!
DC got it spot on tactically today and his subsstitutions were brave and well timed. We punished Yeovil for 80 minutes of that match. Roll on the next match.

As far asTaylor looking good on Tuesday when he replaced Easter, why weren't fans calling for Easter to be sent out on loan on Tuesday night? Unfortunately with Mildenhall & Bliss seemingly both on their way out of the club Taylor will now be the only forum punchbag.

Still can't understand how Cotterell could suggest the Brentford player ducked into the challenge, or what the hell Freeman was trying to do, apart take the players head off his shoulders #happydays Compare the frannys incident with the West Ham sending off,very similar in regards to there being no intent by the perpetrator,but the WH manager said it was a deserved red card for a kick that landed on the Leicester players chest yet a boot landed flush in the face is a harsh red according to the wurzel twat.He even said the defenders head didn't need to be in that position even though he was standing straight up with no hint of his head being lowered.Big clue Mr cotts,the ball was still above head level so why do you say the player ducked his head!Proving to be a very bad loser. F@ck them anyway.Great win for our boys today,nuff said. |
