Thought Smith had been a regular at the Posh ever since he joined them? If not I can't see us getting anywhere near even half his present wages.

Leads has been outstanding this season, hope he isn't out for long. Anyone know if Michael Smith is getting in the Peterborough team these days? Might be the perfect replacement if we could get him on loan. He's out injured at the moment. |

I've no idea if he's getting in their team. We'd hopefully only need him for a month and you often only pay a percentage of the wage for a loan so it may have been possible if he wasn't a first team player there at the moment. |

Yeah when we got back to 532 in the second half we were fine again yesterday so I'm fine with that, get a striker in tho! See i'm not sure we need to bring in a striker. We've got three all playing well in Harrison, Taylor and Easter. Bodin actually looked decent when he came on yesterday and if Lucas isn't dead he is earning his chance with every goal he scores for someone else. We definitely need another option, and DC has already confirmed that we're after somebody so hopefully it'll be soon |

Leadbitter's injury looked a bad one to me - he couldnt put any weight on that leg. If it was just a strain he would still be able to put some weight on it. Those kind of injuries take a while to heal and the worst thing about them is if you try to come back too early you can just aggravate it and prolong the recovery. I'm sure our medical staff will manage the situation well but sadly I think this means we wont see Dan for a while which is a shame because he has been a key player in our recent victories. I dont think we have a replacement who can come anywhere near how he has been playing either so its a big loss to us.

Was speaking to Stu Sinclair earlier and he confirmed its a hammy problem, and he said "I think I'll be covering WB for a while now" so I guess he'll be starting there now, possibly Mansell back in the starting 11 next week It's not like Sincs did such a bad job yesterday. I'd rather bring in an actual wingback on a short term loan to cover. But you also know Sinclair will do a job for us there. He's the perfect guy to get up and down the pitch. Totally agree, Sinclair very good in central midfield, not good on the wing. Worst case scenario stick with Gosling. Really gutted for leadbitter , IMO he has been our stand out player so far this season. |

I Dont think playing Sinclair or Gosling at wing back is going to work, maybe get someone in on a 2 month loan. We need Sinclair in the middle.
