I think it only means that if and when we sell AND if and when we lose to Sainsburys in court of appeal, Sainsburys have dibs on up to £200k of the proceeds. That's all

Or it could be because grotbags got it listed as a community asset(or whatever its called), and higgs is letting the council know so if and when it can proceed, but i do find it disturbing that one of the banjo duellers, is stalking the club via the council, you'd think they would spend time with their families this time of year(oh yeah i forgot  |

Asset of Community Value means nowt. If we want to sell the locals have 6 months to raise the same price and if they do we still don't have to sell to them. It means nowt.

They would have 6 weeks to advise they wish to raise the money. If they cannot even begin to get close, in other words just delaying, they are able to be sued by us. So it would not be done lightly, and at last they would leave themselves open to personal loss. As I said previously, even if they raised the money we would not have to sell to them. It is basically meaningless. |
