Steven Avery is part of the consortium? Could have been. He talks funny and nearly had 36 million dollars!! Careful you guys - Making a Murderer is straying WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY off topic, and I'm sure Lord Sugar is soddin' watching this and waiting to lock it down (which would be a shame after 267 pages)

If he does, it'll be the last time I buy an Amstrad computer!

I have speculated on a number of occasions that TRASH never had the funds to pursue that ridiculous JR. Sainsburys, just like every other big business will have a slush fund from where sums of money can be fed to organisations that have the ability to assist them in business. i reckon Sainsburys fund d TRASH on the quiet. Hopefully someone on our side has found a smoking gun that links them to the JR. Perhaps that Scrafton Bitch has been leaned on and come clean. Perhaps that awful Raddice woman has a conscience and decided to tell all. Only time will tell.

Maybe that's why we appear to be so confident against all the odds, although you have to ask why this wasn't presented during the original case. What if Rovers have discovered that it was Sainsbury's that actually bankrolled the Judical Review (TRASH).....just saying. Ah, Topper beat me to it. Darn those pesky kids! I didn't go that far just in case....

Wasn't it BillyGas who use to pop along in his lunch breaks and supply us with up dates from the trial?

I went for a walk in the field at UWE earlier and a newt with black spots ran over my foot. How strange. It looked pretty rare. Is that a good or bad thing?

Not even sure who is the defendant anymore. I believe it started out as us, but since we are appealing, does it still remain so, or are they now the defendant?
If so could it be they will raise the matter of the house on Filton Avenue that has just been bought by Eddie Ware, which I seem to think we said we already owned at the time of the original contract. If so, won't that make the whole contract null and void?
Any legal experts out there?

The rumour I've heard is there is no consortium and NH wants Sainsbury's to admit in court they were behind the whole "New beginning" just thread to try and discredit his UWE plans, it could be an interesting day in court tomorrow.

That's nice. If the Sainsbury's legal didn't know about that, they probably do now. Well done. Keep up Nobby. This was mentioned on the other forum about two months ago, and was commented on, on this thread at the same time. But probably not best to raise it again today?
