You would be amazed on actually how little work has to be carried out to achieve this. Housing developers often just place a plastic manhole 1.00m deep in the ground (not connected to anything), as long as this is inspected it is sufficient. Not sure if this differs for "Commercial Developments" tho

Isn't it just a case of having it renewed/extended? What is NH signing us up to without telling us?

If so, did they get pp? Given there seems no obvious signs that Rovers have agreed to fund anything I can't see any work is related to the staduim Didn't NH suggest in his recent 20man interview the UWE needed to sort something out about the car park soon?

I can't believe how people can still be convinced by a part owned down sized stadium.
Assuming we have to rent two thirds of a part owned reduced capacity stadium, going by predictions of total £15m build cost, who do we know that will lend us £10m for nothing. Exactly.
So we somehow get to own a third, and rent the £10m bit. Assuming our ongoing running costs remain about the same and the crowds likewise, we have to pay rent/ loan interest on the balance. It would be classed as rent as no debt can apply. What rate will we have to pay? How about 14.2% per annum (i know, I hear you say no one would pay that). Bear with me. At that rate we would be paying £1.42m per annum or £118k per month.
Alright, that might be a bit high so how about half the rate at 7.1% (not out of the ordinary). That would be about £60k per month.
Tony the Till (remember him) said in court that our MSP loan at £31,200per month was unsustainable. So how could £60k per month become sustainable? Have the lunatics completely taken over the asylum? We are losing hundreds of thousands per season now. Can someone tell me how we could cope with massively increased costs?
Talking of Tony the Till, the Evil Post says it's a Midlands Consortium. Well, Tony the Till comes from up there. Now I wonder!

I guess most busnesses are content with a 5% return, if the UWE are cash rich(?) perhaps getting 5% from Rovers is better than 2% max sitting in a bank account plus they get the plaudits from having the stadium on their land, although £40K pm isn't a lot less.
As far as TW you keep hinitng he's the source of your info, why don't you just confirm it as that will really put pressure on NH to come clean?

BEP say's Higgs has been 'angered'. What's changed since...
Higgs revealed to BBC Points West that an interested party was "very close" to joining the board this summer but they chose to buy another club. And the non-league side are hoping the right investor will provide an upturn in their fortunes, after their relegation from the Football League. "The club has always been up for sale," admitted Higgs.

Clearly I haven't got time to check nearly 40 pages of posts this afternoon but I'm pretty sure one of you stated it was somebody who attends the BoD meetings but is not a member of the BoD, surely that only leaves the FD? Are you denying one of you suggested that on the fourm and he's not one of your sources, if so, I must have dreamt it?
Edit
I dreamt it, although you have referred to TW in previous posts, so is he your source or not?
