Following their 2-1 dramatic victory over Mansfield, can rovers move into the playoffs with home matches like Notts county and Newport coming up?

Great win, got to take it a game at a time tho, playoff places are still a long way from being decided.

That 3 game losing run a few weeks ago was a blip in an otherwise amazing run of form going back to last September. The Gas are going up and now your gonna believe us , the Gas are going up !!!

Onwards and upwards my children. Rome wasn't built in a day but the foundations are being laid. We must keep the faith, the team has a good team spirit and a never say die attitude. I am truly happy to support a team with that, win or lose. Proud to be a gashead exiled in the midlands.

We've finally got a team who play for each other and credit must go to Clarke for building that team spirit and determination!
Well done to the 800 odd who travelled today. Safe trip back and enjoy your evenings!

yes if we don't beat Newport we need our arses kicking Hmm whilst I agree we should beat them, I expect them to be a lot tougher to beat under John Sheridan as they seem to be proving.

I know but a few weeks ago that would have likely been 0-3. We lost at home to Pompey remember. Best team that I have seen so no great shame in that.

Not getting carried away just yet, but I think we will definitely be in the mix. Today was the sort of game where we used to get mugged, but we ground out a result today cuz we aint anybody's mug anymore. We might not have classy players, but we make up for that in team spirit. UTG

Not sure how big a loss Easter will be missing the next 3 games given his recent scoring streak, plus bar Blisset we're now struggling for alternatives on the bench. Although if we can beat in form Mansfield away surely we can beat anybody?

Notts County will be a tough one if they put in a performance like they did against Plymouth.Stanley Aborah bossed the midfield and they had a few other players that looked good for this division. Not a lot from their front 2 though but we will still have to play well against a team that doesn't give the ball away cheaply.Newport already scrapping for their lives so won't be pushovers.4 points would be a good return from the 2 games.
