Our away form will drop eventually. We will go down if this home form continues. The clueless was has achieved that before. Did you have any praise for DC after winning 4 games on the trot previous to the Notts County game? Or are you just sad and negative all the time?

Just a few glaring errors by our usually much more reliable defence, and some good finishing by them. Nothing to panic about. The problems we had before the game, eg. breaking down defences, especially when we're behind, and finishing, still apply, though.

I think Chris Lines took more than his fair share of the blame for the Portsmouth defeat, Parkes was really the weak link there and has been poor since. Lines can't be creative if the CB playing poorly.

Christmas came early for Newport, gifts galore, but our lack of goals, todays was a worldy,is becoming a worry. Time to get a loan or two that offers us some different options up front or at least put some pressure on their place in the team

Averaging around 1 goal a game at home says it all, NH or DC needs to wake up and bring in some quality upfront or we could be in for a long season if our away form ever falters.

Attension seeker is our TboneĀ Attention seeker? No, truth teller yes. Behave. You thrive on your perceived internet 'infamy', you just haven't quite realised we're laughing at you, not with you.

If we lose the rest of our home games and win the rest of our away games we'll be fine! Our away form will drop eventually. We will go down if this home form continues. From what we saw of Yeovil at the start of the season, and from their results and reports since, one of the places is already booked. If we're going down we'd better be more consistent about it or we'll be too late. More seriously, there is no way we are that bad. We've been getting decent results and - until today - have been hard to beat. I know we can't go on winning all our away games but neither will we go on losing all our home ones.

It's only one defeat so no need to overreact.
I ashamed to say I left early today. Not something I've ever done before but with 2 buses to get back to bedmo I fancied getting on the bus early more than seeing the last 5 minutes out.
I have faith that DC will out things right like he did after the Portsmouth game.
