He seems to dip in and out of form. Certainly best at the club, certainly not best in league 2.

I personally like Matty Taylor and his energy and enthusiasm he shows, yes' he has missed a few simple shots etc but don't all strikers? A few?. That made I laugh. Bloody hell if that was the case, even I would be grateful for his presence in the team. Sadly he more often than not misses a FEW in most matches. And if he hadn't missed a few simple chances every game........ he'd have scored over a hundred league goals last season

Yeah but how many strikers get in to a few great shooting positions every game and score 20 goals a season ? Matt Taylor is a fantastic player for this level and without him we wouldn't have won promotion last season let alone be 8 th in league 2.

He has looked quality lately and his finishing is definitely improving. best in this league? not quite, but close

Like the bleedin rest of em he has the occasional bad bad day at the office but he sticks to his task well and his overall contribution/success rate is good: Best striker in this League well he falls a little soddin short at present but could be if he progresses
