Mildenhall was shocking last season and he was no better in the first game of the season. Puddy played with a injury last season and was much better than Mildly although I'm sure some of you will cry he lost us the title at Dover(where he was fouled!!) and that the numerous mistakes Mildy made last season didn't contribute to us not taking the title. But yes let's play Mildy who's match fit despite not playing since the first game of the season and missing half of last season whilst Puddy has atleast been in reserve games recently. Not really. DC said he'd drop anyone who made errors, but he made fewer errors last season than Nicholls did this (who didn't get dropped), and almost made fewer than Puddy did in the first half hour at Wembley. And you've no idea how relatively match fit Mildy and Puddy are, either.

Completely agree with Tbone. Farcical is not too strong a word. How can you have perfectly fit and capable keeper and play a 75% match fit keeper. How do you know Mildy is perfectly fit and how do you know Puddy is 75% fit ? Personally if I was manager and if they were both 100% fit and 100% dedicated I'd start with mildenhall. But I'm not and I don't know the ins and outs of it and our manager does and he's picked Puddy so as supporters we should get behind them.

How can either keeper be match fit when they haven't played first team football? Puddly will be fitter than Mildenhall that's for sure so the question is answered. Imo!

Will the clueless one bring Mildenhall on if they get a penalty?. Bloody joke bringing Stumpy back. Is that the same clueless one that keeps picking Matty Taylor? God I wish we were lucky enough to have you as a manager The very same.

Still, turned out nice in the end

Amazed that anybody is surprised to see Puddy back in goal - I thought that it was a given that he would always be preferred over Mildy. Precisely this, can't believe anybody thought Mildy was going to get the nod, and I also wouldn't want him to, too slow, too old, and still too dodgy under a decent cross. Whether Puddy is good enough to be number 1 for the rest of the season I'm not sure, but he's the best we've got imo. 2-0 Gas. DC wants Mildenhall off the wage bill in January if possible, so he is not going to get a look in unless we have an injury. Keeping him on the bench just reinforces to Mildy that if he wants to play then he has to move on.

Haha yeah a bit negative! But he has a point, Puddy is not good enough for league football. Looked dodgy in the conference, and always had a gaffe in him. And your qualifications for judging the capability of goalkeepers is?

That argument doesn't hold up whatsoever I am afraid. Its not an argument its an opinion. Please dont be afraid. Opinion on what though, our manager's clueless , Taylor's useless and Puddy not go enough? Seems just anti anything DC/Rovers related me rather than an argument it's a really bizarre attitude for an apparent Rovers fan to take.
