Beard said he played through the pain today. What a guy! He didn't look very happy when he walked out, and he didn't look very happy when he walked back in again, but during the match, you wouldn't have noticed.

Hi, Orient fan here.
Just come along to say well done for the win today, I thought overall you played pretty well and deserved the victory. Your players looked well drilled and the work ethic your players showed was great. We wasn't particularly good today, we had some glimpses but didn't really create much, and our defence looked shaky at times.
Have to say that Rory Gaffney's performance today was the best of any opposition players I have seen so far this season, I thought he was absolutely immense for you guys today and tore us to shreds on occasion. I couldn't work out if his build up to the first goal was more his excellence or more us defending terribly. In any case I haven't seen anyone as composed as that before despatching the goal for a very long time. Very impressive by him. Second shot was a great finish too (prefer the trickery of the first goal though)
Anyway good luck for the rest of the season and would be happy to see you up in league one next year. Love your ground too - one of my favourites.

Brought out best in each other vs strong opposition. I'd be happy to see that continue

It will be hard for him to do both, (hence why he originally rested Taylor today.) Luckily it seems the whole squad are performing at the moment. UTG

UTG Yeah, look at the entire 18 today and (apart from Preston, probably) any of them might start next week.

Good weekend Gas. Poor game at the Wombles but huge enjoyment for invective from bearded one in on terrace, my missus loved it. Away point, what's not to like? Today a classic off different kind - football was played at times top quality.
Two top drawer strikes.

OK... May I speak on behalf of Gaffers rightful owners. I'm really glad he's done well for you guys, but he needs to come home soon. This is getting beyond a joke now.
We don't want to lose a playoff place because we loaned you a class act. Hopefully our new manager is taking note of this, but although your 6 game form is great, ours is better, and he may well decide he doesn't need the ginger one. I really hope he's not that stupid.
Anyway, good luck whatever happens, but if Gaffers come home, and Derry uses him right, I reckon we'll make the playoffs. See you in May at Wembley.

May I be the first of many to say I really hope he is.... Plus, have you considered Gaffney may want to move here permanently whatever Cambridge want?

I suppose if it frees up money for a decent replacement for you, it could be win-win for both clubs. There's room for promotion for more than one club. (Although if I were you, I'd try to keep him, to be honest.)
