Few years ago I was dating an American lass. One night, sat around a table with friends in a pub, she told the story of how when she was younger she worked in a Pizza Parlour in her home town. She came out with the immortal line when describing flinging the pizza dough, "at fourteen I was the best tosser in town".......I couldn't talk and could barely breath for about ten minutes!

I've got to say that Pancakes are one of the best meals that the missus cooks. The fact that I describe a Pancake as a meal tells you everything you need to know about her cooking.
She puts thin slices of Apple in them, and they do taste nice. Credit where credits due.
I hope Baggins is not tossing on his own today.

When my nephew was a toddler he had a speech impediment (now grown out of) and couldn't pronounce Thomas properly, it came out as Tosser. Fine for him in view of his age and problems, but the sight of his grandmother then also calling Thomas the Tank Engine 'Tosser' without seemingly to realise was awkward to listen to! |

Will be celebrating Pancake Day next month, when my son gets home. For me it has to be the traditional lemon juice and sugar for starters, then a couple of Nutella ones to finish off.
Legendary tossing skills too!
