Not sure why people are surprised by the lack of anything to do with the stadium until the court case has finished. It's worth 30 million instant cash to any new board. I'd wait a few weeks wouldn't you?

I'd wait a few weeks wouldn't you? Can you honestly see NH selling up a month before £30m could potently land in the club's bank account, I think we'll have to accept that case is a lost cause. Let's hope the Judgement is soon so the club can finally move on.

Completely underwhelmed by what has been said so far. Evolution not Revolution We need to conclude the court case before any progress can be considered about a new stadium. Same as it ever was then! Not a great deal of good has ever came from a Revolution. But Evolution....from little acorns mighty Oak Trees grow Onwards and upwards in my eyes.

Well aren't you the life and f**king soul of the party. RD some of us have been Rovers fans for so long we can see the bigger picture, at the moment the new owners haven't promised us the UWE will be built, even the reduced capacity one, nor have they said they intend investing in the playing side or training facilities, once they do that I'll be content this is a good move. Know where your coming from, today i should be happy as a pig in a poke, but for some reason i'm just numb inside, yup glad we have financial stability for a bit, but too much was left unsaid, when made in bristol announced they were not allowed to broadcast live after being told they could ,i had one of those here we go again moments. What i want to know is this are all outstanding creditors being paid off , are all club debts being sorted so we are back on an even keel, nothing mentioned about keeping our colours or badge will prices stay the same or lower, it's also going to take me a long while to get used to being owned by foreigners. as the damned sang, i just cant be happy today. i genuinely hope im wrong and proved wrong and we go on to be more succesful, but i just cant feel it

Let's hope the Judgement is soon so the club can finally move on. That whole saga is irrelevant now. The UWE gets built, we stay at the MEM until that point then it gets sold for £10/15 million so in effect the Jordanians have £2 million?? profit from buying Rovers. They will have to build the UWE out of their own interests but look at the level of investment they can/Could attract!! The reality is mind blowing for Rovers but cautiously mind blowing at the same time!

BRISTOL ROVERS TAKEOVER:
Who are the Al-Qadi family? The family is headed by Abdulkader Abdullah Al-Qadi, 82, who founded the Arab Jordan Investment Bank in 1978 and continues to be a significant shareholder after growing in to a major financial powerhouse in the region. Abdulkader Abdullah Al-Qadi has three sons, who are all expected to have some involvement in Rovers - although it will be his youngest, Wael, who will act as the face of the family as they get to grips with the business that sits in the Memorial Stadium in-tray. Wael Al-Qadi is currently the assistant general manager of AJIB, but has a keen interest in football. He was a core team member in HRH Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein's successful campaign to be elected vice president of FIFA in 2011. He attended Westminster School in London, where he fostered an affection for Premier League club Chelsea, before graduating from Boston University in 1991 with a degree in Computer Science with Business Administration. He is described as 'passionate' about football and is heavily involved In little leagues and kids' football academies in Jordan. He is vice president of the Asian Development Football Foundation, which was founded by Prince Ali Bin Al Hussein in 2012, and has also held a role on the marketing committee of the Jordanian Football Association. We've now got a chance - nothing more. Be happy in the moment - but we'll soon know if we're getting what we really need - the UWE!
