As mentioned in the chairman's report? Why not find out and then enlighten everyone? Google shows nothing apart from the mention of the name in the Chairman's report and comments on it on forums.

I cant find any reference to them online? Our website is the only place I've seen it. www.bristolrovers.co.uk/club/contact_us/"Bristol Rovers (1883) Ltd owns 100 per cent of the issued share capital of the club. Dwane Sports Ltd own 92.6% of Bristol Rovers (1883) Ltd. " It was originally spelt 'Dwayne' on there, hence why people have used that spelling in the past.

It is the company set up by the president, it is a new company so it will not bring up many hits on google. At the end of the day the club is now owned, all things look good so why worry about a company name?

Not sure the FA allow a company to run more than one club.

Some companies do a lot of background research into potential names to make sure there are no unfortunate connotations, or embarassing translations into foreign languages. I can only conclude that the new owner wasn't a fan of Red Dwarf or he would never have countenanced the use of the name Dwayne in association with our great club. Did anyone else immediately recall Cat's geeky alter ego Dwayne Dibbley from season 5, episode 6, "Back to Reality"?.....that was a bit nerdy, so maybe it's ok after all!

Dwayne sports is a holding company.
You have to set up a company and call it something - otherwise you are a sole trader or a partnership which would be a highly unusual arrangement for a football club.
Al Qadis will own 100% of the shares of dwayne sports

I thought BRFC (1883) was already the holding company? As far as "Al Qadis will own 100% of the shares of dwayne(sic) sports" that could be the case then again it might not be?
