Luckily my Lad is only 9 Phone the shop and they will send you a ST application form and all the other forms you need to apply for Parrot Junior. He needs to join the Young Pirates and you will need to send a photo for his YP ID which he needs to keep with his ST. It's possible that he may not get his own ST book in the first season and that you may need to pick up his free tickets on a game by game basis so be prepared that that may be the case. If you have ticket stubs to show that he has been attending regular games with you this season you may get a book for him this year. I've dealt with Claire in the shop the last 2 seasons and helpliner too and they couldn't be more helpful. If you have a passport size photo you could pop in the shop and full out all the paperwork in there. That's what I did last season. Normally takes a few weeks to process it all. The YP is excellent. HTY gets a signed Xmas card from the squad and a birthday card too. He is always super happy when it drops on the mat.

Any ST sold before UWE should have a discount for UWE STd attached. Even if it's 5% it would be a nice gesture and show intent.

Question please about season tickets and under 11 memberships. Can I buy a season ticket for the North Terrace but use it to go in the Family enclosure if my son comes with me?

Pretty sure NH did a similar deal where we were guaranteed first pick on a UWE s/t when we renewed ours years ago, from past experience making such offers is pointless until we actually start building the stadium. Plus why give 5% away when they know we are all virtually guaranteed to buy a s/t in the new stadium. It's the fans w/o s/t now they'll need to attract.

You can surrender your seasom ticket voucher for a ticket in a different part of the ground without any bother. You have to pay the difference if it constitutes an upgrade though. Not sure how that works for the kids though. I would think you would both need a ST for the same area. If you regularly swap your child's ST for a Family enc one there is a good chance your application for their free ST could be declined. I'm of the belief that the point of the free U11s ST is that it is used in conjunction with an adult using the same part of the ground regularly. I'm not sure if you are able to chop and change just to get a free ticket for your child but I guess it's worth asking.

That's irrelevant if it works in the present or future. Giving 5% away might attract new st sales now. Plus, if you engage your noggin for a moment, that 5% can be cleverly recouped once you've got the punter. It's called business. Sometimes you have to speculate and there's nowt wrong with loss leading if you do it effectively.

You are very anti low prices and free ticket deals! Many of us only go because of the deals!

It would be nice if the price post April 22nd was published. Three more league games after that date. They might hold on until it's known if we're going up.

Or indeed anyone else, once you're gone you're gone! Compare that with how city operate and you have the reason why they are so successful with their sales and ours are so shocking.

I think it may be a case of slipping through the net as I haven't had a season ticket for years but every season since I always have a letter from Rovers with Season ticket information, monthly payment scheme etc. The same with the supporters club, although I do renew every year. Regards City's Season tickets, they have always been miles ahead in that department. Hopefully things will change now. Well, they are bound to! Personally I can't knock the Rovers in the way I have been treated over the years. They have always been accommodating and helpful.

With regards to City being light years ahead on Season Ticket sales/marketing, this needs to change with a decent database that links from a decent website. Season Ticket renewal emails would be the simplest marketing campaign that would be needed. Just a little investment in the infrastructure and marketing side of things would make the world of difference

Just as a matter of interst to some maybe, I bumped into someon who I had not seen for 25 years when on holiday in the Maldives, I thought he had gone back to the Falklands turned out he was living in Cheltenham and going up to Goodison to watch Everton. He came to the away games Exeter and Oxford and Wimbledon the other night, telling you this cos he has just bought his season ticket for the Dri Build Could be he's not the only newbie to become interested and this could really be the start of a new Dawn.

It would be nice if the club could actively try promoting the sell of season tickets instead of relying on mail shots. Who can forget last season driving around Bristol & seeing billboards or switching on commercial radio with ads plugging City season tickets. If we are going to start the UWE stadium anytime soon, we must really must do more to increase season ticket sales , I would imagine we must have over 30000 people on a database after Wembley last season. Let's hope the new board are more proactive than the last ones at promoting the club. It's not just about this. It's about having a team to support that's playing well, getting results, that supporters can see is being invested in. That there is a vision from the club to develop facilities etc etc Rovers fans can now see this, let's hope that NEW stadium also starts coming together soon - that will increase the faith EVEN MORE !
