So his name had an accent on? So it's Mon-tan-yo rather than Montano?

certainly knows where the corner of the net is.
maybe our song for him should be
'He scores in the corner, he scores in the corner, he's Cristian Montano he scores in the corner'

Yep its a "nee" not a "n" prounctn. Try getting a chant in with the correct pronunciation. Hes an interesting read, accounting for the history and his substitucion reaction, I predict great things if he keeps his mind in the right place. Also Colombia is my favourite country and I need a Spanish exchange buddy.

He's a fantastic crosser of the ball. I'm not really expecting him to stay as don't think he's happy with the bit part role he's got here - but I think we'll live to regret that one. Powerful, pacey and accurate with the ball.

Think he has been a great asset on the wing this year and could still be a handful in the league above. After looking him up more on the internet after this thread, I wondered what happened with his attempt to sue Oldham? I saw he has been cleared of all accusations, but DC said he deservesd a second chance when joining? Just wondering as he has come across as a nice enough bloke and footballer.

The best winger we have had since Carayol by a country mile. Lioke to see him start tomorrow and would definitely reward him with a new contract. he could be a big success next season if given a fair chance.

Problem with starting him today is that would mean dropping last week's MotM Lawrence, plus Holmes, who I think is a right winger, seems to be Northampton's danger man.

Yes Topper Gas you are right and IMO we have to play a flat back four and because of Holmes Lee Brown has to do his defensive duties as priority. Montano tracks back far better than Lawrence but if played as an attacking winger maybe he can cause Holmes to track back. I have the feeling that our main problem today could be that Northampton will probably play with two physical players up front in Richards and Collins which we usually struggle against so I have the feeling that DC will go for the wing backs today with three centre halves. I just hope that whatever team he selects performs at their best and that we don't see a Portsmouth performance where we just didn't play on the day.UTG

Yes I think we can win the game if our mindset is right. We have a team just as good as Northampton but also in better form. If we don't fear them like I think we did with Pompey we can come away with the points

Sheer class at Notts County.Defends too and creates space where there isn't any.Real threat when in full flow.
