Not the result we wanted, but not the end of the world Oxford's result was probably worst than ours, Still twist and turns to come. TBH when I seen the starting eleven I was not confident of getting a result tonight.

That was tense and not very enjoyable. One small upside is that our game against Exeter becomes easier now since they've blown the playoffs.

Blimey. Can you imagine at the start of the season guessing what the reaction might be like on here on the day we qualify for the play-offs? Problem is Stevenage were there for the taking tonight and DC starts with with a 5 men defence plus Gosling. We could well be second now if DC just had the b@lls to go for the win from the start.

Annoyed. We never set up to go for the result and so it proved. Too much respect for mediocre opposition and now we need other teams to slip up (again!). Agreed. Make no bones about it, they were sh**e. Like I said that lineup made me nervous. Why on earth was Gosling who hasn't played for months starting? How did Ollie Clarke last 90 minutes when he offered nothing? Where was Montaño? Feels like we wasted a game.

Looks like it's 3 wins or play offs. So we may as well go for broke and play without fear - like York did tonight.

Need two of the other three to drop points on Sat and we're back in the autos.
Plymouth v Dag & Red Oxford v Hartlepool Accrington v York
If only one of the three drops points then we'll just need one of two to drop points the following week.
Of course, that assumes we win - must win indeed.

i think the fact that dc and the boys are doing so wael (see what i did) this season is the same reason every1s feeling so down after this result. the opposite of paul buckle every1s had their expectations go up!!

Bizarre not starting Montano, I respect DC's judgement as he obviously understand more than us but Monty has been in good form lately.

I think we'll win our last 3 games. All we need is for 2 of Oxford, Plymouth and Accy to drop points and we're up!

TBH when I seen the starting eleven I was not confident of getting a result tonight. Agreed, you do have to wonder why Gosling who has been nowhere near the first team in ages gets the nod ahead of Monty. Tinkering to the extreme.

Slightly disappointed that we couldn't snatch all three points but like others have said this will go to the last day, the others around us will drop points as they have done all season they aren't anything special. stay positive guys we will go up one way or another. Can I just say fair play to the fans that went tonight top effort for a Tuesday night! UTG !!!

Montaño was sh1te on Saturday though, but odd Mansell can't get a start/run out now he's fit and why drop Bodin and start with 5 defenders. Having said that I can't see Accy & Plymuff winning every game left so it's now up to us to win all three, plus Pompey seem to have gone into melt down if we do have to play them in the Play Offs!

No idea what the starting formation was all about. Defensive and invited Stevenage to attack us. Lucky they weren't great in front of goal. 3 too many changes for me. Parkes, J Clarke and Gosling haven't started a game for a long time and it showed. 4 games to go not the time for experimenting. 2 points dropped. Saturday must win now and the 2 after if we are to finish top 3.

3 massive games to go. We are still in this. We were never going to win every game. Just as the others aren't. We might not be in the autos at this weekend, but that's not the one that counts. Pressure is on now though. We must be within 2 points of Plymouth Oxford and accy at the end of this weekend to still be in with a chance of autos.
