Evening all, especially my fellow Aus and NZ based gasheads. Huge day today and part one of the blue and white onslaught has just been completed as I've just got back from seeing Geelong hand out a 120 point shellacking to the Gold Coast Suns in the AFL. Next up is the big one - the gas vs York. Staying up for this and hopefully we can get a similar result. Probably a bit unlikely that the game will end in a 120 goal victory actually but would do wonders for our goal difference if it did. I'd take a squeeky 1-0 win to be honest!

In the Burton Stone pub, last time was December 2012, just before McGhee's last game as our manager. What a difference, number and mood of our gasheads today. The game too is going to put some ghosts to bed for me, don't think I've ever seen a more miserable gutless performance by the team than then. Come on you Gas, we can and we will do this!

OK, sounds good. I'm too old and lazy to come to Sydney for a game. I'd have to bring my eleven year old anyway. You can always stay the night. Any idea on the radio coverage today, for those of us who live within the bounds of some of the radio briz transmissions.
Usually the home team are on DAB, so presumably that's city today.
Where do you find out, BBC website is useless!

For once DC's picked the team most of us would have also chosen. We can't really have an excuses if we don't win now. If we don't win I will say we should have played a five with Gosling and O Clarke, and the fact we didn't win proves that I was 100% right and probably a better manager than DC. And if we do win, I'll just never mention it again. |

According to Oxford website Roofe is fully fit. Don't know how up to date this is.
