All the nice away games in midweek. I'm glad that they've left Scunthorpe and Oldham for Saturdays though, makes up for it... Coventry away is a Saturday.

Aye, but Cov on a Tuesday is doable, if a little inconvenient. Bolton, Sheffield United etc. not so much. I think we'd have taken a few there on Saturdays.

Shame for the club that Coventry is the boxing day fixture as that would be a good crowd on any Saturday . Oxford and Bolton first two home games....well there are two sell outs right away....best get in the queue at the shop now tickets won't be around for long what with our record season ticket sales taking up half the crowd already.

Bolton and Sheffield United were two of the fixtures I was most looking forward to but doubt I'll be able to make it now they're both on a Tuesday night. Gutted.

Spooky. That's the third time I can remember where our first game has been away to Scunthorpe. Still, easy to get too, and a good pub opposite the ground. You know, the one. It's got a sign outside that says no football colours, and then let's us all in.

Charlton away on the new year bank holiday! Traffic for that will be horrendous! would you have preferred Rochdale, Peterborough, Sheffield for instance? Compared with those Charlton is a doddle

So as per usual we've got long old journeys on Tuesday nights. Ridiculous as ever.

March 18th has both us and them down the road at home. Presume one of the matches will move to Friday or Sunday?

That's a poorly designed graphic- the colour for home games switches from grey to yellow between October and November. Looked to me like we were going to play Oxford at home in March as well as start of the season.

So as per usual we've got long old journeys on Tuesday nights. Ridiculous as ever. It would be interesting if someone could take the time and have a look at the Rovers home midweek games, and do they involve a long trip for the away teams? Is this a trend throughout the league, and if so, is this a ploy/attempt to move clubs towards the proposals made the other week regarding a restructuring of the leagues? Just noticed something on Faceache.....the dark side complaining........... "Leeds, Preston, Sheffield Wednesday and Norwich all away on Tuesday nights?"

And those are all "bigger" games imo just like Bolton and Sheffield United are bigger games for us. Interesting.

For those who are bothered by this sort of thing, the league tables on the BBC have been reset.
