As usual, honest, straightforward, no nonsense stuff from DC. Like it.
And yeah, nice tracksuit...now need to see the kit!

Withdraw the contract and say thank you for everything. What is your obsession with withdrawing the contract offer? What difference will it make as he has likely got much better offers on the table anyway. I like the way DC has chose to do things personally, it leaves the door ajar whilst warning Taylor that it could be taken off the table at anytime. Why cut off your nose to spite your face?

Withdraw the contract and say thank you for everything. Why, what would it achieve? He hasn't signed for anyone else, and we haven't got a replacement. I can not see the sense in withdrawing the offer at this stage. If we had a replacement then yes, but until then why?

I'm sure there are irons in the fire, and if DC has suspected we'd lose him since the end of last season then i'd be very surprised to find out we haven't. But until someone puts pen to paper the offer must remain on the table. There is no reason to pull it.

Got to put a mark on it sometime.

It sounds like either way he wants to move elsewhere, and if in the unlikely even that he does sign with us it will be a fallback option.
Best to actively pursue other options now.

If he does sign, it will be because he had nothing else and we are his last option and he shouldn't he holding around forever. How long do you give it? He's had long enough to make a decision.
