Not available at the fun day? Jesus wept, are they spun from the Golden Fleece or something? made from the golden hair of the famous Thai albino boys. They are reared in caves to save their delicate eyesight, and fed on a diet of pure parsnip pulp to sweeten and colour the hair. No more drugs for you.

Why don't the club just extend the discounts to all pre-orders as a gesture to the fans?

That was exactly my reaction when I saw it, any kid who gets one that's slightly too big will definitely look like a Blackburn kit - THEY ARE NOT QUARTERED, I won't be buying one. Like the yellow one, but how can you preorder without trying it for size, all the manufacturers have a different definition of sizes, as we know with errea. Whoever made the decision to switch to macron made a bad contract either did it too late or haven't pushed macron to deliver! saucer of milk ? Nothing wrong with switching to Macron, but the club could have said in our experience, the centre line between top and bottom quarters needs to run from armpit to armpit. We had this before with a Cowlin sponsored shirt and it looked ridiculous tucking it in and not very flattering on anyone with a beer gut.

To be honest, all shirts are not flattering to my beer gut, tucked in I look like a pregnant seal and un tucked it looks like a one person tent. I don't understand it, beer belly was all the rage when I was a kid !

I think Macron have done a good job with both kits within the 'evolution not revolution' brief they were no doubt given. With it being the new owners first kit release, I didnt expect anything too radical.
The home kit for me is 'classic' Rovers, the shade of blue chosen is pretty much spot on to the shirts I first saw us play in back in the late 70's. The rest of the kit being predominantly white gives it a very 'clean' look overall. The only bit Im not that keen on is the stripe down the side.
They've played it safe with the away one too. Bit too similar to last season's if anything, think black sleeves with yellow Macron logo would've given it a fresher look.
I hope next season the club are bold enough to try a bit of a twist on the usual look. I liked Sabadell's diagonal quarters for instance. Mot saying we should adopt it permanently but would hate to think we're not open to something a bit diffetent now and then.

One Rovers kit and can be just any old one half the time. The light blue was a nice change, even if some people didn't like it and at least it had it's root in history. Personally I like the idea of a interlocking quarter or jagged edge to split it As long as we stay away from Tesco bag rubbish.

Quarters are wrong. Top half is longer than the bottom half. Should be the other way around. Tuck it in and it'll look like Blackburn Rovers. Not wasting my money That was exactly my reaction when I saw it, any kid who gets one that's slightly too big will definitely look like a Blackburn kit - THEY ARE NOT QUARTERED, I won't be buying one. I think something where the quarters break up into a series of smaller quarters could like cool in the hands of a decent graphic designer.

Meanwhile, on the Rovers Forum, the fans were discussing the design of the new shirt like a load of old woofters. #gayestthreadever
