Daft comparison , there were no b teams / under 23 championship teams involved then. Bad mood Mr Grumpy Wumpy.... Pudsey was saying that this was the cup that no one cared about previously. I was referring to that comment not comparing it with the Mickey Mouse cup this season. Sorry mate ignore me I was being a belter and misinterpreted it. Pictures of empty stadiums from all over the country all over Twitter , people who turned up today should be ashamed. People can do what they want and some just want to see their club no matter what. They shouldn't be ashamed for not jumping on this band wagon. Taking it a bit far really. Isn't this the Mickley mouse cup that no one cared about until now?? except when there is no Bristol Rovers because the league is full of Premier 1st teams and 2nd teams and third teams who will they watch then? |

I know one thing and that's if it comes to the point where I look at the fixture release in July and find we've got Swansea B at home first game of the season and Boxing Day is Stoke B at home and our last game of the season potentially a make or break game is Bournemouth B away then football will no longer be football as far as I'm concerned and my interest in it will be nothing like it is now.

Why did the games at Bury and Bolton finish so early??? Bit late for the players,no floodlights or what?? Couple of games kicked off at 7pm, probably so the academy kids could be home by bedtime. |

Odd feeling, don't want the embarrassment of losing to an academy (who aren't actually academies anyway as you can field 5 over 23 years - I bet some teams have had that age spread in the course of an ordinary league match). However, grates to hear those who have turned up cheering the goal - wish they'd had a totally misrable evening.Whole thing leaves me cold. They probably have now 1-2 |
