In recent times, definitely Chapman. I saw every game he played and not one error. Funny because I'm writing something about loan goalies & had a look at his stats to see if there was any obvious reason we didn't keep him longer (or try? Who knows...). I saw a few of his games & seemed fine to me. Anyway... We won the first 3 of his games, then lost the next 2. Wonder if DC was concerned or (more likely) there was something stopping a longer spell / Nichols had a already been pencilled in.

Completely unspectacular, distribution was fine, didn't really look error prone and fitted in so you'd hardly notice he was there. Exactly what you want in a keeper.

Tom Eaves was mustard for a few weeks, thought his career might explode at the time.

I agree that Bailey's the best we've had. Another one to throw in there that did well is Daniel Jones.

If you're basing it on their first game then Chris Dickson would be...

Which brings to mind that game at Torquay on Boxing Day of the Conference season, so Fabian Spiess and Bradley Goldberg have to get a shout.

Clarke Salter could prove to be one of the best by the end of the season. Looked classy when he came on tonight.
