Allegedly the referee made a mistake but what about the mistakes the players made you cannot blame the officials for that.as an aside rovers have played against ten men on a number of occasions but haven't scored four goals.the other side adjusted their game plan and shut up shop not going hung ho Exactly you cannot allow for Individual errors. And neither can Darrel Clarke. On numerous occasions this season Individual errors have cost us at least three wins from memory. Two promotions in two seasons will do for me from the manager and players of Bristol Rovers. But you should seriously let go of the bitterness towards Darrel and Rovers Padstow. Both have proved that your services were far from needed. Couple of points there is no bitterness from me at all but obviously because my opinions differ from the majority on here I am wrong.secondly I never offered my services I am gainfully employed elsewhere I made the comment about a player who would do a job for rovers but my suggestion was rebuffed no problem or skin off my nose.i have no feelings either way about the manager but am entitled to make observations about performances when i get to watch a game.perhaps I am wrong to do so as I obviously watch differ things in the game to one or two others.if that is a crime then so be it but I post what I see without bias

Hostile Territory - What utter tosh. Anyone who did not go because they think Millwall are some sort of throwback to 70s football problems missed out - travelled in on a train full of Millwall fans and we all travelled back out on a train with a 50/50 mix - no one hid who they supported and both sets of supports were discussing the match with each other. Chant of the day "Your not scary anymore" summed it up nicely. As to the on the pitch activities, game was ruined as soon as the ref changed his mind and swapped the yellow he had in his hand for a red under pressure from the Millwall players - perhaps he thought Millwall scary as well !! For a period after the break we had them under a lot of pressure but was always going to be hard to maintain that pace with 10 men. Millwall fan here. I think the problem we suffer is many come to The Den expecting to get attacked the minute they get off the train. But, the truth is our hooligans know the police have it well sewn up now. The station is covered with CCTV and there is a special walkway to an away stand where the away fans are kept on the top tier. Gone are the days of Millwall hooligans rushing the away turnstiles or being able to get to away fans in the ground. Nowdays you have to arrange the aggro and turn up. And only hooligans are going to do that. The season Sheffield United hooligans turned up about a mile and half from the ground. Yet, the rest of the Blades fans had a perfectly fine day getting the train from London Bridge & taking the walkway...unbeknown to them that a couple of their fellow fans were now missing the game by being in hospital. No normal away fan will ever come into contact with a Millwall hooligan if they train it to South Bermondsey and use the away fan walkway. I have seen a few fisticuffs on the train, but caused by those 16 to 25 year olds who like to mouth off thinking there is no come back. And you could certainly find trouble if you headed into the Blue (an area of Bermondsey) or Surrey Docks looking for it. But like you say, for a normal away fan not looking for trouble it is perfectly fine. It is sad it puts so many off; as we should see a lot more away fans at The Den than we do...given its inner London location & how easy it is to get to from London Bridge (4mins on train).

As for your team...
Would be surprised not to see you in the play-offs.
This could have been one of those classic topsy turvy high scoring games before the ref gave a very soft sending off.
Yet, the 4-0 scoreline doesn't reflect how your team made us work for it and played with spirit and skill right until the end.
I hope we do not need anything from yours on last day!

Problem is we've all seen your "fans" fighting inside Wembley against Barnsley last season, a team who hardly a reputation themselves has having an hooligan element, so your hooligan element is clearly still around, that no doubt puts away fans off attending the New Den when it comes to selecting away games.

"we really paid for having 6 loanees where only five can be in the squad and Roberts missed out" but we only had 4 Roos, Boateng, Colkett & James, assuming Roberts is fit I'd picked him for the bench over James anyway.
Moving on I could now see us staying unbeaten until the new year with a good chance we could win most of them if we play to our full potential.

Never said that they weren't around still. They are and are still very active. However, you would to have to find them. No normal away fan will ever come into contact with them. As for Barnsley...they have a very, very active and sizable hooligan following. In fact, it is they who started the trouble outside. NB: Our ground has never been and is not called the 'New Den'. Its project name was the New London Stadium and on opening was called The Den, as The (old) Den was knocked down.

Steve, I just don't get It with Lines. I thought he was awful yesterday, constantly giving the ball away with prima donna passes instead of the simple pass. To sum up he was terrible pretty much throughout. Harrison needs to be benched, and even Lockyer should be considered for a break. Until the sending off it looked like we had a good game in the making, but the idiot in black ruined that. The free kick he gave Millwall not long after the sending off in a similar area was even worse The ball was clearly (to me) played by (can't remember who) one of ours, but he managed to give them a free kick, which Roos did very well to turn away after it got through the wall. As for the sending off decision, I don't believe the Millwall players had any influence on it, and indeed should have been booked for harassing the ref. It seemed clear to me that once he had blown for the foul, he thought it was in the area, then asked the Linesman where it took place, and as soon as he was told it was outside the box he changed the yellow for a red. sinclair made the tackle clearly got the ball,i suppose the ref gave it for "not being in control" or whatever they call it,total nonsense of course.

The same can be said about a number of others on here who see nothing wrong even when the team have played poorly or certain players have been individually poor they still get marks and praise way above their performance on the day,or is that allowed
