I have to say I disagree with this as an approach to moderation. Looks like it's been put back to how it was.

By the way, I thought your negotiations at Yalta defined you as a world leader and your modernisation programmes, although a brutal, paranoid regime, still define modern Russia in terms of its ascent to a modern society. Didn't like the gulags or the gebocide much. As evil dictators go, you're off the chart. I only wanted what was best for my people comrade, dissidents and negative forum users are one and the same to me and must be dealt with.

If you`d been living in the Ukraine in 1931, and somebody had deliberately starved you to death, would you have felt that it was being done in your best interests? No, you wouldn`t. I`ll tell you how you would have felt. Hungry. Also, how many Germans did you have killed, between 1941 and 1945? Hundreds and hundreds. And you glorified in it, afterwards. You are the evilist man who ever lived. I agree with your comments on DC, though. Very poor signings, and too many changes from game to game.

He did say my people i.e. the politburo and a few other mates. And he did wear a rather natty cap.
