Allegedly City have met the release clause (rumoured £300k) deal has been agreed with Taylor, had a medical and we all await conformation. WAQ suggests it is done

This is taking the p**s, we're not bringing anyone in at this rate Has anybody left YET ? No, not officially but come on, Taylor is 100% going, even if he doesn't sign for them, he's massively disrespected us here.

More like 8 I'd imagine. No chance of us going down, NO CHANCE. Agree that it'd be surprising to see many of those down the bottom end up over 50 points but I'm taking no chances and I don't think a team has ever gone down with more than 55? So I always think of 55 as the safety zone. I know I'm being slightly hysterical but with the games coming in February and our defence in its new form yet to be tested, I'm taking nothing for granted. 55?! It's been around 47/48 for the last 10 years and this year's bottom four are doing worse than average at this point in the season. Taylor doesn't change the dynamic of the team that much, so if we can bring in a goalscorer (Miller hopefully) not a lot changes. He's certainly not as influential as Rickie was when he left.

Correct - whilst Taylor's goal have been hugely important, we haven't built a team around him.

To be honest even if we don't manage to bring in a replacement I think Luke James could score goals given a run in the team and lets not forget Bodin is on fire again ....
If we are honest part of the reason James came in during the summer was to cover Taylor going.

Just when most of us were feeling depressed you remind us we have Luke James waiting in the wings lol
Don't think ill be excited by someone that's hardly played this season.

Agent Johnson is doing a good job. Lets hope agent Taylor will do the same.

If he was our next best striker why hasn't he played?

Because the position he has been competing for has been occupied by the best player in our team.

Think he had a good spell when he came at Walsall - guess he has not played enough minutes for people to judge him properly but from what I have seen there is real potential there.
