Do we play better in the rain? We have been the team playing the football in the last 10 mins. If we keep this up, certain we can take the points. Does the fantastic away following intimidate the FGR team and fans.? No idea but this performance is so much better than the Grimsby or Barnet games. i think the team are starting to gel, simple as that

Worried about Lockyer on a yellow, with the pitch being zippy. Only takes another mistimed challenge, because in the wet it always looks worse.

We need to get Pipe wound up. We know he has a bit of a temper shall we say. In other news, Coles is still a to55er.

I think with the yellows being awarded we should get Ellis on to run at their defence and draw a few more fouls/yellows and hopefully get the LB or CB sent off, hoping we can get an early goal in the 2nd half.

Would be good to see Ellis get a chance his pace and strength could really trouble their backline, just our final decisions and delivery that's missing.
Cheap shots from both Coles and Parkin went unpunished which was disappointing.

This makes very pleasant reading for a change :-) Yes, motivational stuff. When we score, gaschat will be uncontrollable. It's a great read and it can only get better. As always, ever hopeful. But this time the last 20 mins gives me the facts that back up my optimism. Can we repeat the performance in the second half? If we do, and score then we will all be laughing our way home and ready for the next match. Come on Gas!
