I wonder what our break even figure is, (slightly lower now judas Taylor has gone) I seem to Rembrandt needing 8000 last season. This season Home ave = 9216. Away average = 1000 per game to date. Last season Home ave = 8096 Average away = 1136 per game Conf season Home ave = 6630 Average away = 630 per game* * not including playoff games in conference. The away average this season only includes the rearranged Swindle game, as I don't think the original figure was disclosed, albeit I was told it was in the region of just over 2000. Dont know about break even figure, but we are headed for a big loss due to the additional back room staff that have been recruited together with enhancements around the stadium. Is that from the club? Surely we don't have high interest loan repayments to be making since the takeover?

Please clarify. Not sure what point you are making. But at least their figures are up to date.

Thanks Gael gas. It would have been just as easy to bring forward the post he was referring to. But, never mind.

That's why I didn't mention them gasandelectricity and yes to your first point. Cool thanks, thought they could make a big difference to profitability as well and was wondering as you're so well connected to the club if it was based on ITK info or like my posts just conjecture.

It would be great if we could push the crowds up - getting close to 11 K v Chesterfield !? - but can the club offer any incentives to swell the crowd ?? Why not offer students a pie, pint and South stand ticket for £10! Oh hang on the club have already done that!

The other Stat I would like to see is attendance Vs % of Stadium capacity for the league.
We all know the Facilities are not great at the Mem but it would give a good idea on what promotional offers the club could really offer.

If the students are just neutrals, a lot of people see League One football as a poor standard because they'll only watch top level football. Watching it from a little tent of a stand in a rusty old ground probably isn't their ideal Saturday afternoon as they will see it as tinpot. But doing it in a nice, new stadium that's on the uni campus would be a lot more attractive, even more so if we were playing Championship football as well. UTG!

Quid a kid would help plus it brings in mums and dads to keep an eye on the little yobs. Last game will be a sell out. Win tuesday and other three home games you won't get in without an early bird, thats if they don't make them all ticket. There were about 3 championship games Saturday that did not reach 11,000 Burton, Preston, Wigan (unattractive opposition ) and two more who did not reach 12,000 Brentford and Barnsley

I guess we are limited in what we can do by having to provide space for away fans. Perhaps every home game should be all-ticket for away fans, then we can adjust the space provided as necessary.

I wonder what our break even figure is, (slightly lower now judas Taylor has gone) I seem to Rembrandt needing 8000 last season. I Rembrandt that too, we need 8000 to generate enough Monet to survive.

Increased attendances, reduced interest, profit on player sales (the snake), wages won't be significantly higher and surely a few more background staff won't be on mega wedge? Plus some of the add ons to the mem will be deemed capital improvements rather than expenses? Would suggest to me a "big loss" would be slightly unexpected actually.
