Probably best if I stop posting for a while. My anger will only result in upsetting some with my comments.

To watch Ken Livingstone ( a man who used his position, to give deranged Islamic maniacs a platform to express their views ) give his opinions on yesterday`s events, was too much for me. I had to switch the tv off.

I had to switch the tv off. I won't even switch it on today, as no doubt the fawning coverage of the funeral of St Martin will only result in me throwing things at the tele and swearing.

I'm wondering which is to blame for this attack- racism or islamophobia?
According to the press, it was Tommy Robinson attending the aftermath which cause the attack.

Taken out of context from an interview about the New York bombing some time ago and nothing to do with the Westminster events.

No problem, after yesterday lots of things have been said and it is easy to confuse. Horrible events.
As someone once said, the price of freedom is eternal vigilance.

My mate`s wife has banned him from watching Question Time, for exactly the same reason.

After the events of Wednesday I'm pretty sure that there will now be a 'security review' at Westminster........but there are some questions that really need to be asked, and I'm not taking anything away from the bravery shown by so many that day.
It seems the terrorist was brought down by a plain clothed Close Protection Officer, who just happened to be sat in his car nearby while his boss was in the House. If he wasn't there, then how many more would have been killed/injured? How long would it have taken the normal armed Police to reach the area? Don't forget that this is supposed to be one of the most heavily protected buildings in the country. Even more worrying, what if the terrorist had an AK47 instead of a knife? I'm pretty sure that when it comes to security at Westminster, then the cost is not a problem.

Makes no sense what so ever with alll these nutters about!

I think that the authorities like the 'unarmed copper' on the gates as it is a bit of a tourist attraction and they want to give off an air of normality. However, there should be an armed copper stood five yards behind him.

Did anyone catch Andrew Neil's opening from This Week in Politics? I'm trying to find a link. It's exactly the sort of thing that I want our PM to say. Hope this link works..... Andrew Neil

Andrew NeilYeah, it does. Brilliant, powerful stuff. Like you say, I wish our politicians had the guts to say it. But they`re far too worried about offending Muslim sensibilities, to ever say such a thing. This country would be a safer and a happier place, if there wasn`t one single follower of Mohammed living here.
