Tales from the river bank with hammy hamster. Trumpton,pew,pew Barney Magrew cuthburt dibble & grub, who would have thought that trumpton would one day be president? Didn't they start off being shown at something like 12:45? It meant you could only watch them before you started to go to school. Yes now you mention it I think it was lunchtime I used to watch it while nuzzling on my mothers breast, well I was only 8. |

When I mention Trumpton to people they always associate it with Camberwick Green. But I seem to be the only one who can remember the lesser known one of the trio. That was Chigley (how time flies when you are the driver of a train .....).
Trumpton had the fire station
Camberwick Green had Pippin fort
Chigley had the train

When I mention Trumpton to people they always associate it with Camberwick Green. But I seem to be the only one who can remember the lesser known one of the trio. That was Chigley (how time flies when you are the driver of a train .....). Trumpton had the fire station Camberwick Green had Pippin fort Chigley had the train I just did some Googling on Chigley....and did you know that only 13 episodes were made ! |
