Seriously guys, there is everything to play for but they just got thumped. Imagine how they feel about it.
Can't say confidence is going to be great. Lump it to Tampax isn't working and Tomlin can't do it on his own. A few games and they could be out. Also, I don't believe Matty T is a strong enough individual player to keep them up. Remember Muzzy - that was a player who was clearly well, well above our level. Lambert - ditto. Stewart, Hayles, Roberts. All players who were very, very dominant at league one. Taylor seemed like a good all round player here but I rarely thought when Taylor went off "we're done" as I have others. I felt almost as good with Harrison or Easter in the team as was the case often. He's championship standard, no doubt, but not the hot property people seem to think and definately not Prem/England standard as I thought with Hayles, Lambert, Caryol etc.
He's more akin to Chris lines when we sold him - very good lower league player who's level is about the championship. Not the man to save a team on its own.
He will get some goals as he gets on good areas and he is a good link up man but at champ level I seriously doubt he's a regular 20 goals a season player st his current ability.
Taylor never really took on the hero tag while he was here. Not like others have. This is why, we all felt it was the team as much as Taylor.
So, fingers crossed I am right and the hoodoo will be removed next term.
Another big point is MT does not like pressure. Didn't play well at Wembley. A lot of his goals came from hat tricks at home against teams like Wycombe. He is confidence driven and it took ages for that to build here.

The only time for an "Oh Yes" thread is if they're relegated. Obviously this is an 82'er trying to leave a footprint that he can then boast about on OTIB. Not Rovers related so can we move it or delete it please?

Based on that video of keeper saves it could have been a 9-1 score line. A real serious battering

Gotta love it when "thrashing" and "Bristol City" are used in the same sentance.

I've just watched the highlights Dam hilarious! They were like punch drunk boxer in the 2nd half, still I suppose they are use to a good battering around the ring.
